Chapter 5Dimitri paced his living room. His leg hurt, or not his leg, his residual limb. It might be time to go to his prosthetist again. He’d mostly accepted it was a never-ending thing, having his prosthetic adjusted. Taking another lap around the living room, he cursed. He should sit, take a load off, remove the prosthetic altogether, and use his crutches or the iWalk, but Elian was coming. He didn’t want to remind Elian he was not a complete man. Which was silly.
