JUDIAS VEGA
"Me and Ezekiel, are looking to merge". He heard his father say as they worked on their private jet that was enroute to New York.
"That's good, they're one of the richest in America, would do good for business". He replied impressed.
They stayed silent for a minute, before his father spoke again.
"You know his daughter right?". Judias stopped typing on his laptop. "She's the heir to the Winston fortune, one billion dollars to be exact, and that's just the inheritance from her and father.”
"What is that to us?". He asked, having a feeling he won't like where his father was going with the conversation.
"I want you to court her". His father said straight to the point and Judias almost choked on air. "Ezekiel, wants her married to a good man before handing her the company, and I'm thinking about doing the same for you".
"Have I not proven myself enough?". He asked, feeling exasperated.
"You f****d your secretary on her desk last week". Judias head shot up at that. "It's my company Judias.” His father added at the look, Judias was giving him.
"So, what else have you seen?". He asked loosening his tie.
"That you're hardworking, but need to stop your womanizing, especially all that fanculo of yours".

After landing and being squeezed to death by his mother and what she called hugging, they were seated in the car, catching up.
But his mind was really on what his father had said.
"Dinner with the Winston's, was so boring father, especially with that Alexandria, there". Andrea, his baby sister said scowling at the sound of the name, gagging like it was a sour patch on her tongue.
"You'd think she would put a end to that attitude of hers, but it's worst than ever". Cara, his mom added and Marcos, his. father just shrugged.
"That's what makes her who she is. And who she is—is one of the richest women in the America". Marcos said to his wife. "Cara Mia, you can't be nice in the business world".
He knew his father had a soft spot for Alexandria, but he couldn't tell why. His little sister squirmed in her seat, and turned to look out the window. He knew then that she was still jealous about Alexandria.
“I'm just happy my baby is home". Cara gushed, holding his big hands in her small ones.
I was immobile in my seat, how do I go from being one of the most freest bachelor to being tied down, no less to Alexandria Winston.
The woman was a pain in the a$$.
Beautiful.
But a pain no less. Her mouth was dirty, she said whatever was on her mind, the minute it was on her mind. One of the main reasons Judias liked annoying her.
"Stop at Winston Inc, I want to say hi to my old friend". His father smirked looking proud while his mom and sister looked like he'd given them a box of nails to chew on.
He remembered the last conversation he and Alexandria, had. It was him picking on a boy, he wasn't really picking on him just trying to get the boy to stop eye r@ping Alexandria.
Alexandria, had heard and wanted to stop her nemesis but she got burnt instead, and he had wanted to apologize but left for Italy that same day.
They had been friends before, but high school changes people and it changed him. From their parents being friends, to being business partners, then neighbors and then their kids were friends. But it all changed in high school.
He had genuinely liked, Xandi. But how they went from being friends to enemies, he can't even tell how that happened.
Because you liked her. His inner voice ranged out in his ears.
"We're here sir". He heard the chauffeur say and that was he's cue, but his mom drew his hand.
"She's not the Alexandria, she was fourteen years ago". His mom said to him with something like fear in her voice.
He smiled kissing her cheeks before walking inside the building. All heads turned to look at him, and he swore he could hear all the female internally squeal.
He walked straight past the the receptionist desk, then into the private elevator, and pressed the forty fifth floor.
His hand went to his hair, as he looked at himself in the elevator glass, he messed it up a bit giving it that he just woke up style, then he fixed his suit. His jacket was unbuttoned and his dress shirt was opened showing a bit off his tanned pectorals
He walked out of her floor and straight into her office, past her secretary, who had her mouth open like a fish out of water. She seemed out of her daze when Judias, smiled at her.
"Excuse me sir, but you can't go in there!". She yelled after me but it was too late, he was already in her bosses office.
He stopped a moment and locked the door. She hadn't noticed me yet, engrossed in whatever she was reading. So I took it upon myself to study her. Gone were the baby fat she was always insecure about and in place was a curvy, beautiful woman.
His loin tightened when he saw her dark areolas in her see through tank top, but you'd have to be looking hard enough to see it, and he sure was.
"I'm not getting married to you". He found himself saying, when he realized he couldn't take staring at her any longer.
Her head snapped up and he was afraid she was going to throw him a punch, cause knowing her which he did. He knew she'd swing on his ass.
Her dark brown pools met his, and he stayed frozen, all he saw in them was hatred, but it was quickly masked by her business face, as she pushed her glasses up.
"The feeling is mutual Mr Vega". She spat coldly...
He was shocked, more than shocked, he was shooked. "Why don't you have a seat". .
She leaned back in her chair eyes studying his, but he masked all the emotions he was feeling right now..
After all the rant she had done, she'd looked shocked to find herself leaning towards him. Her braless chest right in his line of view, she straightened.
She'd made sense, but Judias, didn't do long term relationships, neither commitments.
"I don't want to get married". Was all he could say.
"Neither do I but, we could work out some sort of arrangement". His brows shot up at that.

He saw the redhead sticking out in the cafe, the minute he walked in.
Sabina. The Russian girl with an African American father, the best friend of his future wife. And one of his numerous girlfriends back in high school.
It felt as if she could smell him, cause her head whipped in his direction and she smiled at him waving him over. They hugged when he neared the table, and a clearing of throat made them break free.
"Well good evening to you too, bestie". Sabina, said cheekily to her friend.
"Let's get down to business". Xandi, said taking her seat and giving her order to the waiter.
"Well, I was actually hoping to catch up with Judias". Sabina said trying to rile up her bestie in a teasing manner.
"Do that on your free time then! I've got a meeting to be at in the next hour". Xandi, snapped at her friend.
Sabina, knew better than to answer the hot black woman, instead she just went down to business opening her briefcase.
"I had my lawyer pull up a contract, and I know you'd want to say all you want in this marriage so here's your chance". She said pulling out a recorder and a document from her briefcase.
1. This marriage will last as long as both parties need each other.
2. Play the happy, in love couple for your families and the public.
3. The other has to support the other for anything. (That includes financially).
4. Apart from the witnesses already involved, no party is allowed to tell any other person.
5. No consummating of the marriage.
6. Spouses are allowed to have extra marital affairs, under the conditions that they be discreet about it and not shame the other.
"So, we're not going to consummate the marriage?". Judias asked with a smug smile on his face, loving the scowl on her face
"That's the first thing you're going to ask about". Alexandria said scoffing. "Typical Judias"
"OK! Moving on". Sabina piped in when she saw the heated look being exchanged by the two.
"Any thing you want to add Judias?". He looked between the two friends and sighed rubbing his beard.
He wanted to consummate the marriage. Hell! He wanted everything that came with the married life, but like his mom said, she had changed.
"I'll send you whatever I want to add". He said to Sabina.
She nodded putting away her files and recorder.
"We'll have to get the engagement out some how". Xandi, said looking at her phone with deep concentration.
"Wait, till your mother's hear y'all are getting married". Sabina gushed drinking her ice tea. "Weeding of the decade for sure".
"More like weeding of doom". He mumbled Loud enough for both to hear.
