“Logans’ Warning”
POV Ayesha
The staff pick up the baskets and chocolates and continue to eat them. Nobody is going to waste tasty food.
Tomorrow is the ball, and everyone has a lot of work to do. I’m helping Mya and Faith with decorations. I have a ton of chocolates shoved in my pockets, and I keep throwing them in my coffee.
It proves to be an entertaining day. The minute Thanatos is out of the room, Darwin brings me more coffee and goodies, and then Thanatos comes back demanding to know where they came from.
Julia drags Thanatos off several times. But he always finds his way back to me. Any excuse to be close to me and find who my mystery man is.
By dinnertime, everything changes again. Julia comes over with Thanatos, and they give my blessing to marry whoever I want.
