Aaron POV The walk back to the Silver Coven is silent and tense. Sera moves ahead of me, her posture rigid and radiating anger with every step. The other two guards follow at a discreet distance, smart enough to stay out of whatever's brewing between us. I can still taste Penelope on my lips, still feel the way she had responded to my kiss before pulling away, jealousy blazing in her eyes.
