The Vampire's Throne

5th Bite

He was getting up, I shouldn't have asked him. Stupid me!

-The maids? Wait, do you mean that I am supposed to stay here?

-Why yes! Did you forget that you are mine now?! How am I going to suck on you if you are not by my side?!

Again, he wouldn't let me speak, as I was about to answer, Seth bit my finger and sucked a small portion of my blood.

-There, now I have the energy to survive another day

And just like had happened the first time we met, Seth vanished into thin air.

I was in disbelief. Me, Kristal, was about to live with the Crown Prince, with the man I fell so hard in love with! It was like a dream come true. Even so, I should at least warn my grandparents, they are probably worried sick about me, I had never spent a whole night out. In any case, I better ask the Prince before going, I wouldn't want him to think I ran away. Suddenly, the doors burst open and two beautiful vampire maids came in. One had hair as white as snow and she looked kind while she smiled at me. On the other hand, the other maid was her complete opposite. She seemed to be annoyed but was equally beautiful.

-Good morning miss Kristral, we're here to assist you- greeted the kind looking maid

-Good morning! I apologize, I don't know your names, would you please let me know?

-Sure, my name's Dorothy and this frowny face is Jeanna

-Just who are you calling frowny face?!…Listen here Human, I despise you and the only reason I am serving you is because the Prince ordered me to, so don't get ahead of yourself

So that's why she looked so annoyed. Clearly, I was yet an outcast in the palace.

-Jeanna, I may not know why you dislike me, but if the Prince trusts you then I shall do the same

My words seemed to have no effect on her. But I wasn't planning on letting that throw me down, one day I would befriend her.

-Now that we're finished with introductions, let's get you ready for breakfast

The two of them took me to the bathtub, which was already filled with hot water, and proceeded to clean me up. While on the process, Dorothy questioned me:

-Excuse me, miss Kristal, where is the Crown Prince's mark?

-I'm sorry, what mark?

-No way!- said Jeanna- Did the Prince not bite your neck?

-Not really, he just bit my shoulder and finger

Somehow, Jeanna's expression softened after hearing that. And once more I was left clueless as to what they were talking about, but this time I would be more persistent:

-Can you please explain to me what this is all about?

-It is not our place to do so- said Jeanna

-If you'd like to know you should ask the Prince personally- explained Dorothy

-Can I at least know if this is something good?

-You'll just have to ask the Prince- repeated Dorothy

-Fine, I will stop insisting

I was no longer surprised, none of them wanted to disclose this mystery. Could this be a vampire only secret? The two guards from yesterday also remained silent when I asked them why my conversation with Seth was special. Then a thought crossed my mind, would Seth answer me? I know it's a silly thought but I was unsure about what his response would be.

As time passed, the maids had already put me in a beautiful red dress. It was made out of silk, making it soft to the touch. It wasn't very long, reaching to my knees. After they were finished putting me in a presentable condition, the maids led me to the dining hall, where a table full of food was awaiting me. It all smelled so delightful I wanted to eat everything! Unfortunately, the Crown Prince was nowhere to be seen, so I asked them:

-Where is the Prince?

-His majesty is probably busy with work- answered Jeanna

-Indeed, the Crown Prince always pays attention to everything that's happening around him, especially with the Humans

-The Humans? Why is that?

-His majesty has to make sure that Humans donate enough blood to us, since we all agreed to survive on just that

-He really is amazing!

-No way! You have a crush on Prince Seth?!- teased Dorothy

-N-no, it's not like that…Well, maybe it is

-You are so cute, isn't she Jeanna?

-Why are you asking me?!

I couldn't help myself, every time I thought of Seth I had this uncontrollable desire to smile. He is a great leader, despite not showing it, deep down he cared for Humans just as much as he cared for vampires. He is indeed a kind man.

-Thank you for the food, it all looks very appetizing

-Please enjoy your meal- encouraged Dorothy

The food was actually very tasty, it seemed I discovered yet another hidden ability of the vampires, they were able to cook marvelous dishes. After I finished eating, I wanted to go look for Seth, it had only been a few hours since we last saw each other, yet I missed him so much already.

-Jeanna, Dorothy, I really appreciate your help today, thank you! Would it be alright if I explored the palace by myself?

-Sure, no problem- said Dorothy

-Do whatever you want

-Thank you and see you guys later!

And so I was now alone, standing in the middle of those enormous halls. I thought to myself, it sure would be a nice coincidence if the Prince and I bumped into each other by chance. Of course, that was unlikely to happen, as he was busy with work, but I let myself enjoy that passing thought.

It had been hours since I began exploring the palace. I searched every corner, yet I was still unable to find Seth. It was as if he really vanished into thin air. This left me frustrated! As there was nothing else left for me to do, I decided to go to the royal hall and wait for him there. Much to my surprise, Seth was there, sitting on his throne. When I got closer to him, I noticed he was sleeping, and so I sat beside him, leaning my head on the throne. This was a marvelous sight. In that instance, Seth appeared so vulnerable, so peaceful and, of course, so perfect! Even now, I was unsure as to what the reason was for him to choose me, but I am happy it was me. My passion seemed to grow with every passing second I spent with him.

This was a golden opportunity, I couldn't let it slide. While he was sleeping, I caressed his face, brushed his hair and touched his lips. Instantly, everything that had happened that night came to me. Those memories put a big smile on my face, this man put butterflies in my stomach!

-So you like to assault people in their sleep!?

-Prince Seth!…I thought you were…sleeping

-My my, seems I made you blush yet again

I covered my face. He quite enjoyed making fun of me!

-Don't cover that lovely face

Having said that he pulled me up and put me in his lap, staring straight into my eyes.

-My naughty little girl, you don't ever have to be embarrassed around me

-I really thought you were sleeping- I pouted at him

-Vampires do not sleep, I was curious to see what you would do with me when I seemed unconscious

-That's playing dirty

-Really now? My apologies

He smiled at me. That smile that melted me and left me all fuzzy inside. I wasn't certain, but I thought that Seth might also like me, even if just a little bit. In case I was incorrect, I remained silent and didn't disclose my feelings. I had one other mystery I needed him to disclose.

-Prince Seth…

-I believe we agreed that you should call me Seth

-…Seth, I have a question for you

-Go on

-Why did you not bite my neck?

For a moment he looked astonished and then burst out laughing. It's as if my question was so obvious it was ridiculous of me to ask.

-So that's what's been on your mind huh?!- he said while still laughing

-You don't have to laugh so much- I pouted again

-Why? Do you want me to bite your neck?

-It's not like that…I mean, I wouldn't mind if you did that…I just want to know what would happen if you do

-Oh, what a curious naughty girl we have here…Did you hear that from somebody?

-Not really

-And the truth?

-Fine, the maids said something about how I didn't have a mark on my neck

-Of course they did…Always meddling in other people business

-But they didn't tell me anything else! So please don't be mad at them

-And what's this? Are you concerned about them?

-They were very kind to me and even when I insisted they wouldn't say a thing

-You're the kind one for saying that…Oh Kristal, everyday I get more and more infatuated with you

Those words struck me like lightning. Seth actually had feelings for me! I was so happy I didn't know what to do with myself.

-I guess it wouldn't hurt to tell you…When a vampire sucks blood from the neck of a Human, they leave a mark of possession

-Mark of possession?

-Yes, it's a mark that warns other vampires that that Human belongs to someone else…Of course we only do that when the Humans blood is extremely special

-Oh I see

So my blood was really nothing special…I guess I got my hopes up a bit too high

-But…if the Crown Prince marks someone's neck…they become King

-Seriously?

-Yes

-But that's great is it not? You would become the ruler of all lands, not only Sienna

-I…That's enough questions for one day, I would much rather hear how your day went by

This matter must be unpleasant for him to speak off. All is well, as I am sure one day, he will open up to me.

-Today was wonderful! Dorothy and Jeanna took great care of me. They gave me a bath, arranged my hair and put me in this dress, oh and they also fed me a big breakfast

-It appears you had fun with them

-Yeah I did…But I must say, I missed you a lot

He said nothing, but his smile was worth a thousand words. I believe Prince Seth was content to hear that. After some seconds of silence, he put his hand on my cheek and with a gentle kiss, sealed his lips with mine. It was like the kiss of two lovers, gentle yet passionate. After that, I hugged him and eventually fell asleep in his arms.

When I woke up again, I was laying on top of him, in his bed. He had his eyes closed as though he was sleeping. This time I would not be fooled.

-I know you're not sleeping

He opened his eyes, while smiling.

-You learn quickly

-What time is it now?

-Around midnight

-What? I slept the whole day!

-You might have not noticed, but your body was exhausted

-You think so? I didn't really feel that tired

-You lost a considerable amount of blood plus you didn't get much rest last night

-Right…Now that I've rested and ate I must be fully recovered!

-Not quite, but you're definitely doing better

The moonlight made him look even more handsome. For some reason, I wanted to do it with him again. I wished to repeat what had happened last night.

-Seth…Would you like…To drink my blood?

-Are you worried I might be hungry?

-Yes, I am…But I also like it when you suck my blood, it makes me feel like…Like my whole self belongs to only you

Seth was not expecting that answer. I assume I was a bit too blunt with that one.

-You actually want me to get addicted to you, don't you?

-I wouldn't mind that

-…In that case, I might take you up on that offer

Without any more words, Seth took my dress off and, while I was still on top of him, he licked my shoulder, before digging his fangs in. Ah, that electrifying feeling again. There was nothing like it, whenever he bit me I felt my body melting. Only this time, it did not sting as much as the first, could it be that I was already used to having him bite me? No matter, as from now on, my whole being belonged to him. My body and soul were completely devoted to him, he had become my one and only.

-That'll be it for today, I wouldn't want you to faint on me again

-It didn't hurt as much when you bit me now

-Because I licked your shoulder before biting…A vampires saliva is a good anesthetic

It was as though there was no end as to how much vampires could do. These creatures were really perfect. They can manipulate Human emotions, their saliva has healing and anesthetic properties and they can even cook! Yet here I am, barely able to walk without tripping over myself.

-Seth, my dear Seth, you truly are incredible

I leaned over and kissed him. It was the first time I ever took the initiative first. It felt good. After all, he had already admitted that he had some feelings for me, so I assumed he wouldn't mind. In fact he didn't, I believe he actually enjoyed it! Seth had already stripped me naked and was sitting beneath me, it was the perfect opportunity to show just how naughty I am. I pushed him down with one hand, and put the other on his crotch.

-Will you let me please you tonight?

I could feel him getting hard. This time it was me who was putting him in a tight spot.

-Not only you are naught but you're also sneaky…You may do as you please, I'm yours to control

“I'm yours to control”, those words ignited the fire in my soul. I had been the one who asked to favor him, yet I was the one losing all control! However, I got to keep my promise and make Seth feel good. So, I got back a bit, leaned over and began to blow him. He was quite big, so I couldn't fit it all in my mouth, but I tried my best and it seemed to work. Despite him trying not to let any moans out, I could feel it getting harder and harder with every lick I made. At some point Seth stopped me. He pulled me up and frantically kissed me. I was now under him, and Seth, panting uncontrollably, said before entering me:

-Kristal! Remember you're the one who asked for this, so don't blame me for what happens next

Right after saying that, he pushed it in. I started to moan right away. It was unimaginable pleasure, I failed to control myself and let my instincts guide me.

The rest of our night was spent like that. Seth would occasionally bite my thighs or my shoulder, and I would just lay there, moaning to every move he made.
