It's been a week since Kate has been my trainer and I must confess that it has been the toughest week of my life since I stepped into this pack

She never trains me but instead she'd beat me to pulp and I'm no match for her I mean she's a werewolf and I'm just a normal human

And even tho I learn all the martial art in the world I wouldn't be able to beat her because of her werewolf strength

Mom and dad always ask about my training and I keep lying to them that the training is going pretty well and that Kate is the best trainer in the world but deep inside me I was screaming for a change of trainer

Apart from getting beaten by Kate, life in the pack has been amazing

I got to meet the members of the pack and tho not everyone welcomed me but I believe with time they'll come to accept me as a member of this pack

The D³ along side with Cat and Sandy have been busy for the past one week and they were rarely seen in day time

I was starting to miss the D³ and I don't know why

I got dressed for Training or rather I got dressed for getting beaten and left the room heading towards the training ground

I got there and she was already there waiting for me

"Took you long enough mutt" She spat eyeing me dangerously

" Well I'm here now ain't I?" I asked rolling my eyes at her

" How dare you roll your eyes at me you mutt"she cursed

" don't worry, by the time I'm done with you today, you won't find the strength to open your eyes not to talk about rolling them at me"she said picking her wooden sword

" Aren't you tired of this already? Mom and dad told you to train me not beat me up" I said already getting ready for what's next to come

"Don't worry my darling, Beating you is also part of your training... It'll make you strong for unforseen circumstances"she smirked and then charged at me hitting the wooden sword on my back making me fall on the floor

And that Was how I got my daily dose of beating from her

"Mom can I speak with you for a while?" I asked Mom as I got to her room

"Yes darling what's it?" She asked

"Mom can I get a new trainer? " I asked going straight to the point

" New trainer? But what for?, I thought you were fine with Kate?" She asked

" Yes mom but not anymore"

" What happened between you guys, did you guys fight? " She asked

" Not really mom, it was just a little quarrel but we'll be fine and I really need a new trainer mom please" I begged

" Alright then, I'll assign anew trainer to you tomorrow okay? "

" Yes mom, thank you so much you're the best"I said hugging her before skipping out of her room

I'm so happy and relieved that I'll be getting a new trainer tomorrow

I'm finally going to be free from Kate's claws....Couldn't ask for more

In the woods

A group of people could be seen surrounding a fire that they just used in roasting the deer they caught.... they were non other than the D³,the Beta, Delta, Gamma, Sandy and then Cat

They were discussing about something

"So after today we won't be coming out for patrol as there's no sign of any rogues anywhere but we'll place 10 warriors at each corner of the forest"Drake informed them and they all nodded

"Urm Drake there's something I've been meaning to ask you guys, are you guys really mated to the human girl? "She asked earning a glare from her father

"Yes she is mated to all three of us"Dylan replied instead

"But how's that possible, how will she be able to handle all three of you"She asked jealously

"Well I think that's for Arizona to decide right brother?"Drake asked Dylan who nodded

Sandy balled her fist and wished she could run it into Arizona's gut

She had to come from no where and stole her man

She has been crushing on Drake since they were 8 and she has always wished for him to reciprocate the feelings too but then they had to go to the human world and bring in a human girl claiming she's their mate

"Enough talk about our mate....what about you two, haven't you guys seen your mate yet?"Dylan asked and they shook their head in a no

They had thought that the moon goddess was going to pare them with the triplets but guess the moon goddess really has a way of doing things

"That's enough kids,we should start heading home now,it's already late"Gamma Manuel said cutting off their conversation

They stood up and changed into their wolf form before speeding out of the woods

They stopped running few miles away from the Pack and everyone went behind a tree to change back to their human form and got into their clothes

They strolled the remaining distance talking about one thing or the other

Everyone was seated in the dinning room eating and chatting at the same time

They were talking about the festival that was coming up in few days

Everyone except Arizona was talking about it.....she doesn't know what the festival is all about so she just sat there and listen

"How was the patrol Anthony?"Alpha Manson asked Beta Anthony who started giving his report

"Apparently Alpha,we did not spot the sight of any Rogue for the past one week and we've decided to call it a quit but we're going to place at least 10 powerful warriors in each corner of the forest"He informed Alpha Manson

" Alright then that is good...how is the preparation for the festival going?"Alpha Manson asked Luna Teresa

"It's going smoothly...Tina and Sasha are in charge of the decoration,Ruth is in charge of the drinks and I am in charge of food and also making sure the IVs get to our invited guest of which Craig, Anthony and Manuel will help us send to the nearby packs"she said

" Alright then,you should sought out each IVs for each pack after dinner,Craig, Anthony and Manuel will have them delivered tomorrow morning"

" Alright Alpha"

" Boys"She called the triplets who were so engrossed with their conversation with Sandie,Kate and Cat

Arizona felt a pang of jealousy hitting her as she saw them chatting so freely with the girls and even Dorain that is a sadist is even smiling with them

"Yes mother?"Drake replied

"You and your brothers will take turns in training Arizona starting from tomorrow"She informed them making Kate who was all smiles frown

" But Luna,you already made me her trainer why the sudden change of trainer?"Kate asked making Arizona scoff inwardly

" I thought she was fine with Kate" Dorain said and Kate nodded in agreement

"Yes she Was fine with Kate but I think they had a little argument that's why she requested for a new trainer or she wanted something new....right Arizona?"Luna Teresa asked her

"Yes mother...I want something new and I don't mind any one teaching me... And Kate,I really appreciate your efforts for the past one week,I learned a lot from you and I'm grateful"She said with gritted teeth but made sure no one noticed it

"So as you guys are less busy now,you will have to take tons in training her....train her well, we want her to be a strong Luna don't we? So you should train her to the level of strenght you boys want your mate to have"She informed her sons making Sandie and Kate fumed in their seat

For the fact that Kate wouldn't be able to deal with Arizona the way she has always done didn't sit well with her

"Alright mother....I'll be in charge of her training tomorrow"Drake said

"I'll be in charge the next" Dylan also said

"Well I guess I'll be her last trainer then"Dorain sighed earning a chuckle from his brothers

"Alright then I guess that's settled"Alpha Manson said and everyone went back to their meal

Arizona

I retired to bed anticipating for my training section with Drake

Finally I'm free from Kate's beatings.....when I finally become strong in karate, I'm going to test my skills on Kate

I'll give her the same beatings she has been given me this past week

I know even with my karate my strength won't be able to compare with hers as she's a wolf but I can at least try right

And I'm thinking of visiting the human world soon...I miss the human world somehow

"I'll have to speak to mom and dad about it and see if they'll allow me"I thought to myself before drifting off to sleep

I got back from the little stroll I went to take but what I saw made my blood run dey. I saw the pack going down in crumbs,there was dead bodies everywhere....

Mom was laying down in the pool of her own blood,her eyes were gorged out

I saw Dorain laying few feets away from her, his head was tore open and his brain was visible

I felt like puking at the irritating sight.....what happened here? Why are dead bodies everywhere? I wondered

I couldn't find Dad,Drake and Dylan so I started walking past other dead bodies and saw the Beta, Delta and Gamma along with their families on the floor....all dead with their eyes plucked out

I muffed in a sob at the sight.....who could have been so wicked to do this to these people....just how wicked and vile is the person

I saw three figures fighting ahead and I walked a little bit closer to see what was happening....

I saw Drake and Dylan fighting with a figure putting on a dark cloak

The figure threw two sharp objects at them and it went directly to their chest and I gasped silently

The figure went ahead and plunge his fingers inside Drake's eyes pulling both eyes out....he did same to Dylan and I screamed a No!!! Crying so hard....

The figure turned around and saw me...he started making his way to me and I turn around taking my heels....

The figure ran after me and I increased my pace... crying heavily as I did....the sight of mom eyes being plucked out,The Triplet and every other pack members laying on the floor with their eyes out...

I tripped over a dead body and fell on the floor

The figure got to me and smirked darkly from beneath his cloak

He laughed darkly and his voice thundered around

I shifted back on my butt in fear

"Are you scared of me my dear little scared cat?" He asked

" Who are you? What are you? Why did you k**l my family? Why did you destroy our pack!! What did we do to you!"I managed to scream and he laughed darkly making me pee on my pant

"You wanna know who I am?"He asked and I nodded my head in a yes

"Sure then, you'll see my face but for you to see my face,you'll have to d** then you can see my face in hell" He said and I felt my spirit leaving my body already

He drew out a sword and lifted it up bringing it down to my chest and I screamed

"Noooooooo!!!"I screamed waking up and I was still shouting till I didn't feel any pains in my body

I looked at my surrounding and saw that I was in my bedroom....there was no dead bodies around

I sighed in relief after confirming it was just a dream...

My eyes roamed to the clock and it was 5am in the morning....I couldn't go back to sleep so I just sat there on my bed for a while my mind was running back to the night mare I had

What kind of a nightmare is that? It was so scary it felt so real but I'm so happy it was just a dream

I can't tell the dream to mom nor dad, I'll have to keep it to myself...I don't want them to get worried over a silly nightmare

I got up from the bed when it was 6am and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day....

I sat down in my room after getting dressed and wait for the time to click 7am before leaving

We just finished having breakfast and she decided to accompany me to the training ground

"There's nothing fun to feel there, I just want to train and not ogle at how hot they look like"I said rolling my eyes and she hit me playfully

"I've been wanting to ask,why is this Training ground always empty....don't the pack warriors train or something?"I asked her

"Yes the pack warriors do train everyday but they have a separate training ground"She said and explained further

"This training ground is for the Alpha and his family,it's their private training ground and you might have missed seeing Alpha Manson and Luna Teresa train as they always train before breakfast same goes with the triplet"She explained and I muttered a ohhh

" Where is that punk"Cat cursed as we haven't Catch a glimpse of Drake anywhere

"I hope I ain't the one you are referring to as punk?"We heard his voice behind us and turned to stare at him

"What are you going to do if it's you"Cat asked glaring at him and he smirked

"Well I'll do this"He said and before we realize what was happening,Drake grabbed Cat's a** and squeeze it hard making me frown

How dare him do that in my presence!!! Does he have no shame at all?

He let go off Cat's a** and she kicked him on his groin and he yelped in pain

"Why would you do that!"He asked holding on tight to his junior

"Guys guys it's okay and Cat I'm sorry on his behalf but can we just get down to business already Drake?"I said stopping their arguments

"Oh hey there beautiful... didn't see you there"Drake said making me scoff

Of course he wouldn't see me... He was too busy romancing Cat's a** to notice my existence

I picked a wooden sword signifying that I'm ready and he also took one while Cat went to a rock sitting down to watch

"Now where should we start from....show me what you've learned this past week from Kate"He said his face getting serious

"Start from the beginning"I said making him furrow his brow

"Start from the the beginning? Okay do you know any basics?"He asked and I nodded my head in a no

"What the heck where you and Kate doing then?"

"Well let's say we were busy trying to get to know each other and I'm already tired of getting to know her that was why I asked for a new trainer"I told him

"Alright then spread your legs,go down a bit as if you're sitting on the air and then position your hands just like mine" he said and I did Everything he said

"Your waist is not positioned properly"He said coming close to me

He went behind me and placed his hands on my waist....I felt a tingle as his hands came in contact with my skin

His hands feels so perfect on my waist... His hands belonged there...on my waist

He used my waist to pull me down a little and then left my waist making me feel sad as his hands left my waist

Wait why am I feeling sad? I'm not starting to develop any feelings for him right?

No I don't, I can't feel anything for him and with that thought in my mind I focused on the training

"I'm tired, I can't do this anymore"I cried..... We've been training for the past 4 hours and my legs were k***ing me already.... He was just teaching me basics of martial art

How to position myself,how to throw kicks and how to position my fist etc.... My body was aching me so bad

I slumped to the ground as I couldn't bear it anymore

"Alright alright let's call it a day here.... I must confess you tried for a human and I promise to take you on a date later in the evening if that's fine by you"He said throwing a bottle of water at me and I took it gulping down everything inside

I could feel some of my strengths returning back to me as I drank the water but I was still weak

"Let's head inside"He said lifting me up in a bridal style and I wrapped my hands around his neck as he started walking away

I focused my gaze on his face as he walked....he wasn't looking at me and I was thankful for that as I had the opportunity to check out his well sculptured face

His sharp jawline,his pink moist lip that looks so enticing,his brown orbs focusing on where he's heading to

"Are you done checking me out?"-He asked making me blush in embarrassment

So he knew I've been checking him out....I hide my face in his broad chest as he took me up to my room

He dropped me on the bed and stood straight

"Should I take you to the bathroom or you wanna rest a bit before freshening up?"He asked

"I'll rest for a while thanks..."I thanked him

"Alright beautiful and about our date,what do you say about it?"He asked and I grin

"Sure of course,I'll go on a date with you"I said and he smiled happily

"Alright then,be ready before 6pm, I'll come pick you up"He said and left the room

After resting for a while,I head towards the bathroom and soaked myself in the bathtub

My mind drifted off to when Drake held my waist...The tingles I felt....His hands felt so good on my waist, I never wanted him to take it off

I removed the thought of Drake from my mind and took my bath quickly.....I got dressed and stepped out of my room to look for Cat but unfortunately I bumped into Sandy

I tried walking past her but she obstruct my way..

"And where do you think you're going to mutt?"She cursed

"I'm going to where you sent me"I replied her

"The last time I checked,I remember sending you to d** so are you going to d** now? That'll be for the betterment of everyone"She said smirking and I smirked back at her ..

"If I'm going to d**, I'll have to take you with me as my escort"I said still smirking back at her

"FYI,I want to warn you....stay away from the triplet... It's not a threat,it's a warning"She said glaring hard at me

"Oh so it's about the Triplet I see...tell me,which of them do you like...is it Dorain?Dylan?Drake? Tell me which of them?"I asked

"It's non of your business mutt....just stay away from the triplet or better still go back to wherever you came from you're not needed here!!!"She screamed like a maniac Making me laugh

" You should go tell the triplets to stay away from me instead but guess what,they won't stay away from me...they are just too obsessed with me that they can't let go of me for a second"

" You know what I have better things to do than to stand here and exchange words with you" I hissed and walked past her bumping my shoulder on hers

After making sure I was far away from her view,I ran for my dear life Incase she decided to come back for me

My mouth might be sharp but it won't be able to beat them, it'll only get them angry and pissed and the same mouth won't be able stop save me from their beating

I saw Cat and her mother supervising the drinks for the Festival that's coming up in 2 days time

They both smiled as they saw me approaching

"Good afternoon Lady Tina" I greeted

" Good afternoon dear....how are you doing?"she asked

" I'm fine ma'am.... Hi Cat" I waved at Cat who wave back at me

" Hello Arizona, what are you doing here?" She asked

"Well I was bored In my room and decided to come look for you and here you are"

" Oh that's so sweet of you but I'm a little busy right now"she said pouting her lips

" Yes I know.... But do you mind if I join you?" I asked Lady Tina

"Sure you can join us, the more the hands the faster the work"she quoted and we laughed

I joined them and we started directing the maids to where they'll drop the drinks

We made sure they were careful with the drinks so that there won't be any loss

I had fun working with them as we chatted and laughed

I went to my room and slumped on the bed,I'm so tired I could sleep for weeks

I took my phone and logged into Tiktok.... I opened an account 2 days ago

I watched some videos and I started feeling sleepy....I set an alarm to wake me up by 4:30 so I can get ready for my date with Drake...I dropped my phone and slept off

My Alarm woke me up at exactly 4:30pm and I stood up to have my bath....

I stepped out of the bathroom and head towards my closet....I pulled out a Maroon flare gown that stops an inch after my thigh

I sat in front of my vanity and started applying my make up.... I did a light make up and used a red waterproof lipstick.

I let my hair down and allow it flow freely on my shoulder

I picked a red heel and a red purse to go with it

I looked at myself in the mirror and chuckle at myself....I look.like a red devil ?

A knock sounded on my door and I muttered a come in

Drake stepped inside looking so fudging dashing in his blue suit

His broad chest could easily be seen in the shirt which was not buttoned up.... Some part of his tattoo was visible...never knew he has a tattoo

I knocked on Arizona's door and she told me to come inside

I stepped into her room and the sight before me made my sense fly away

Right in front of me is an angel in human form

She was looking so beautiful that I feel like crying....the Maroon colored gown she was putting on looks so beautiful on her...

The red lipstick on her lips makes me want to kiss her little plum lip

This girl is a goddess I swear

She looks no where close to the nerd of few months ago

I didn't even notice I was drooling untill she mentioned it

"Urm you should probably clean the drool on your lip" she said shyly making me feel embarrassed

I used my handkerchief to wipe away the drool and then started walking closer to her

She didn't move back like she always does but I could tell she was nervous

I pulled my hands out for her to take

"Shall we my lady?" I asked her stretching my hands for her to take

"Yes we shall" she replied smiling brightly

We stepped out of her room.and met mom who was on her way to dad's office

"Hi mom"

"Hello mom" we both stopped when we got to her

" Hello kids.....oh I can see you're both dressed up for somewhere....where are you guys going to if I may ask?" Mom asked raising her brows teasingly

" We're going out on a date mom,we won't be home for dinner, we'll eat out" I told Mom and Arizona bowed her head blushing

"Alright kids,have fun and stay safe okay?" Mom said and we gave her a Curt nod before walking away

We got to the car park and I went to open the door of a G-wagon for her and she hopped in after muttering a thank you

I got into the car and started the car before driving out to the biggest restaurant in the pack

We got to 5 stars hostel and I got down from the car before hurriedly moving to her side to open the door for her

She stepped down from the car and I locked the door.... I threw the car key at the Security and walked into the Hotel with my hand wrapped around Arizona's waist

A waiter approached us and gave a little bow before leading us to our table

I pulled out a chair for her and she sat down before I went to take my seat opposite her

A different waiter approached us but this time it was a lady

She was throwing sluttery glance at me but I didn't even look her side one bit

I could see Arizona throwing glares at the waitress,I think she noticed the looks the waitress was sending my way

Hmmm interesting

"What would you like to have sir?" She finally asked stretching a menu at me and one at Arizona

I waited for Arizona to pick her choice before picking mine

"I'll have some clam chowder,Texas BBQ and Hominy grits" she said and I stared at her

How in the world is she going to eat all that???

She sure is a foodie

"WhAt about you sir, what will you like to order" she asked and then winked at me...

" I'll just have Texas BBQ....and while waiting can you get us a bottle of red wine?" I asked and she nodded before walking away

Few min later she came back with the drink and two glass cups....she opened it and pour them in each cup before dropping the bottle on the table and then gave one last bow before walking away

"Cheers to our first official date" I said raising my glass towards hers for a toast

"Cheers" she said clinking her glass with mine before taking a sip

I watched as the wine went down her throat sexily and I wish it was my tongue going down her throat like that

"So what should we talk about" she asked dropping her glass of wine

"Well we should talk about how sexy you are and how I feel like Bending you over this table and F you hard" I said lustfully and her eyes widened

After debating for a while,she finally open up and started speaking

" I started cooking for the family when I clocked 13 and was matured enough to cook.a decent meal"

" My movement was restricted to school and back home"

"I got beaten whenever I made a little mistake"

" They stopped paying my school fees and I opted for a part time job at a café so I can be able to meet up with my school fees"

" They almost got me married to an old cargo just because they wanted to sign a dirty deal.... I got angry and told them my mind"

" The next day,I was walking to the kitchen to prepare breakfast when mom picked me and pulled me towards dad who started lashing me with his belt"

" I was thrown out of the house and was told to never step.my foot in the house again"

" I stood up and left the house with just one thin in mind,to end everything..... That was how I got Into an accident and you guys came and brought me here....so that's all I guess" she said smiling sadly

I felt her pains.... I was hurt,mate has gone through a lot of shiis

And about her adopted family, they're sure going to hear from me

A male waiter brought our orders and arranged them on the table before leaving

We started eating in silence and I did more of staring at her than Eating

One thing is for sure,I'm going to protect her from any harm... No one is going to hurt or bully her again....anyone who wants to hurt her will have me to contend with first before touching her and with that thought in mind I went back to my food
