Three days after their return, they immediately replenish their supplies at the market but the word about them venturing out deeper than all the hunters ever did. With the crowd following them all the time, they did not manage to replenish everything due to the people that asks them all the thing they have seen.               “These people, they don’t about what they are doing at all. First thing in the morning and they are already waiting before we can open the shop. There are even some that break into the shop and asked me when I was defenseless inside the bathroom. I want to kill them! Kill them all!” Ramirez yells as the people outside but Rupert stops him. “Why don’t you calm down for a second Ramirez, you are not the only one with a story and history with those guys so shut it.” Rupert said while trying to contain his anger.               “Yeah I agree with Ramirez, why don’t we blast them all off. Maybe that would make them flee this place. We can’t have costumers if they are flooding the streets after all.” Xerxes agrees as Ramirez immediately runs to the storage room and hands the two their flintlocks. “Lets go now!” Rupert stares at the two in great surprise and is hesitant to harm the people outside. “Are we really going to shoot them down master? They are not the people from before you know?” Rupert said with a hesitant tone but Xerxes gives him a blank look.               “What are you talking about? We are just going to scare them off with the blasts, we are not killing them.” Xerxes said as Ramirez points the flintlock and made the first shot.               BANG!               The first and initial shot made them stare in awe and confusion but then Xerxes points his flintlock to the people and then points it upwards before he fires the shot.               BANG! BANG!               The crowd run away after seeing that what they are using are weapons that can kill and after only a few seconds, the streets are cleared and some of the vendors outside actually thank the three. “Don’t mention it granny, they were getting on our nerves so we had no choice but to scare them off.” The old lady nods her head and smiles. She hands them each an apple and did not charge them for it, they thank her and went inside their shop to open up.               After cleaning the shop and officially opening it for the day, their first costumer is the daughter of Diana who brought the payment for the commission. Ramirez welcomes her and told her to wait. “Please wait here, I will tell master that you have arrived.”  The young lady nods her head and smiles. “Thank you very much sir.” A few moments later and Xerxes entered the room with a troubled and exhausted face. The young lady greets him as she stands up from her seat and gives him a bow, Xerxes greets her and made a slight bow as well.               “Thank you very much for your service Mr. Xerxes, my entire family rejoice of my father’s return, it felt like my family has become whole again.” She said with tears flowing down her cheeks. Xerxes gives her a handkerchief to wipe her tears but then she ask mentions something that caught Xerxes’ attention.               “My father, for the past few days is staring in the window and cries. He scratch the wall until his nails bleeds and even have nightmares every night. Can you perhaps tell me what condition you have found him? So that I can understand my father properly.” She ask with an innocent tone and expression as Xerxes lets out a sigh.               “As you have already known. He must have been traumatized by his experiences. Anyone in their right mind would have ended the same way if you saw the place where we found him. It was a place that humans don’t live and only demons reside. He must have witness great horrors and have experienced fear better than anyone else so it’s understandable. Just give him a few days, maybe he’ll recover then.” Xerxes said but the young lady seems to have found his answer lacking.               “I think I ask you a different question Mr. Xerxes, can you please tell me what environment you found my father in?” she asks with a stern tone but Xerxes just stares at her. “You better off not knowing anything.” Before he turns his gaze away from her. “I came here to pay, so I have a reason to ask that of you.” Her persistence throws Xerxes off that reminds him of how Diana was before when they were young.               “What is your name again young lady?” Xerxes ask which greatly disturbs the young lady. “Huh? Are you telling me that you accepted my commission without even knowing my name?” she ask in surprise while Xerxes nods his head. “Unbelievable, okay fine. My name is Samantha, you okay now?”  she said with an attitude that made Xerxes slightly pissed off. “Okay so listen here young lady, first of all you must learn how to speak to your elders with respect and second of all that is not something that I can tell someone else  easily.” Xerxes said with a fake smile on his face.               Samantha smiles and leans forward telling him that he is not even much older than her. “I guess you a re wrong Mr. the way I see it, you a re not much older than me so you are not considered an elder yet. You might have spend your entire time inside the portal for almost 28 years just as my mother said but in reality you spend only a year inside the portal.” She said with a smile on her face. Xerxes stares at her face before averting his gaze to her breast and then looks at her face again.               “Is that so Samantha? Then I guess we are not so far in age but flaunting your breast like that will not make me falter.” He said with an uninterested expression while Samantha on the other hand is as red as a tomato. Xerxes stands up and leaves after seeing that there is no reason to talk to her any further. “Just give the payment to Rupert, he will be the one to take care of the papers as well as -!”               Samantha grabs his hands and out of irritation, he push her to a wall and slams his right hand a few feet above her head. “Do you really want to know what kind of hell your father is in when we found him?” Xerxes ask with a cold and stern tone and Samantha nods her head indefinitely. “Very well then, listen to every word that I say and bury it deep within your head.” Xerxes tells him the place where they found his father and what is the daily occurrence in that place as her face fills with horror and dread word after word.               “That place is filled with cannibals that eats humans and kills them without hesitation. Now that I have told you the answer to your question, tell me. Are you happy to find that out?” Xerxes continues to stare at her but in that moment, she could not meet his eyes. “Now that you know, go back to your seat and wait for Rupert.” Xerxes said and leaves the room but before he can step inside the next room Samantha calls out to her. “How did you manage to push yourself to kill them?”               Xerxes turns to her before answering her question. “I saw no human there, just monsters and abomination that should not be left alone and out in the world.” He said before entering the room which is his office. Samantha goes back to her seat with a shocked and disturbed expression. ‘How is he able to say something like that and with that kind of expression? Even when we are that apart, his words felt so cold and close it is as if he is telling me that he spared my father because of my commission.’ She thinks to herself and then Rupert appears to take care of the remaining things.               “Sorry about that young lady, master had been on the edge because of the people that disturbed us for the past few days so please forgive him. Don’t take his words to heart.” Rupert comforts her before proceeding to the finishing of the payment. She then left after giving the payment without saying a word.               ‘Why did I have to do that? I blatantly look at her breasts. What can I do? I’m a man after all.’ Xerxes thinks to himself as he regrets doing everything. “Ah! Let’s just think of something productive!” he yells inside his office and begins to draw a blueprint.               The next day, Xerxes is the one that opens the shop alone and let the two rest for more but as he opens the door he sees Samantha standing in front of the door. Xerxes rubs his eyes and stares at her once again before closing the door shut. “I must still be sleepy.” He opens the door again and Samantha is still there, he hurriedly closes the door but she stops him before closing it completely.               “What are you doing? I want to go inside!” she exclaims as she barely holds the door open. “That’s my line! I thought everything is over yesterday so why are you here?! And stop blocking the door!” Xerxes saw that she used her leg to keep the door open, seeing that she might get hurt he lets go of the door. “I am here to apply for a job.” She said with her puffy eyes which caught Xerxes off guard. “Huh?”
