“Sorry about that dear costumer but there is no such thing as auction here or ever will be. All we offer here is the information about the  portal.” The clerk said without even looking at what Xerxes handed him. “Are you not going to look at what I have for you in that book?” the clerk then looks at the book. “May I look inside?” Xerxes nods his head and the clerk then takes a peak and is surprised to see the sketches and dimension of the creatures. ‘This is brilliant! No matter how I look at this, it doesn’t make sense. How were they able to document these much? Well, given the time that they spent inside they must have done something to gather this much information. But-‘ the clerk sees a torn page and then turns to Xerxes. “I get it that you have spent a lot of time to get a hold of this much information dear costumer but I think people will not buy something like this. I know that you already know this, there are people who despise you even after your party’s achievements. They will try to tell people off once they hear of this. Are you still willing to do the auction?” Xerxes smiles and nods his head. “Of course I will.” The clerk understands and tells him to wait. “Wait dear costumer, I will do my best to convince my boss to hold an auction for your book of information.” The clerk then excuse himself and one of the people inside the front desk takes his place. KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK! “May I enter boss?” the clerk said as soon as he knocks on the door. “Yes. What is it that you want to say?”               SCRIBBLE! SCRIBBLE! SCRIBBLE! SCRIBBLE! SCRIBBLE!               “I am here to inform you boss that the man, Mr. Xerxes wants to hold an auction for the information that he has deeper in the point where they found the missing person.” The boss stops writing after hearing this and then turns to the clerk. “Auction? That has never happened before. Have you checked the information’s authenticity?” the boss asks as he puts down the pen. “Yes, I have. Some of them are just as one of the survivors said but that information contains the appearance of the creatures as well.” The boss’ eyes widen after hearing that they also have the appearance of the monsters in the documentation. “So what are we going to do boss?”               The man sitting in the chair ponders for a second and then ask the clerk if Xerxes is eager to auction the information. “Yes, I have already asked him that and he confirms that he wants to auction the information off.” The clerk answers respectfully. “Then proceed with the auction, though, basing from the information. The price would be absolutely high. Not to mention that there are people aiming for his downfall. Well, I guess he can deal with it himself. You may go now.” The clerk nods his head and bow. “Thank you boss.”               The clerk then returns to the front desk and tells him that the boss have approved of his will. “Please put the specific date of the auction and we will put up papers for it.” The clerk said as Xerxes happily writes the specific date for the auction. ‘It turns out that I don’t need to convince the boss. Indeed, there are people that is aiming for Mr. Xerxes’ downfall but if that information is sold. A lot of people will be aware of the monsters’ existence. That way they can survive that point with ease.’ The clerk thinks to himself as Xerxes hands him the specific date.               “Then I will wait for that day. Thank you very much then I will see you in the next few days.” The clerk said as Xerxes and his party leaves the building. In that afternoon, the building issued papers about the auction and the item that is going to be sold off. People started talking about the book non stop, but some takes advantage of the situation and spread false rumors about the book.               The day of the auction arrived, Xerxes and the others arrived and waited for an hour but no other people entered the auction hall. “Looks like those people pulled off some strings.” The clerk said as Xerxes and his party prepares to leave. “I’m really sorry for the trouble and thank you for everything you’ve done. This is the payment for everything.” Xerxes hands a pouch full of silver coins.               The clerk and his men clears the hall and return to their places after the failed auction. “So how did it go?” the boss walks down and sees he clerk back to the front desk already. “No people appeared for the auction and Mr. Xerxes had already left just a few minute ago.” The clerk said as the boss lets out a sigh then the clerk hands over a pouch full of silver coins. “What is this?” the boss asks as the clerk explains. ‘Hmmmm that’s strange? He still gave us money even though the auction had failed.’ The boss gives the pouch back to the clerk. “Share this with everyone, this should be enough to throw a party right?” the boss said as the people inside the building rejoice.               “With that, the problem has already a solution.” Xerxes said with a smile on his face. “I don’t understand master, why would you go that far for those problems? It doesn’t make sense.” Ramirez said while Rupert is thinking of how the auction will work on the problems. They arrived at the shop a few moments later and Samantha shared her thoughts about the answer that Xerxes is talking about. “I think I understand what Mr. Xerxes had done. Putting the information in the auction will definitely answer the problems that I mentioned. If the hunters go and hunt further beyond that point and suffered a huge loss, they can’t sue Mr. Xerxes because he had already put the information to auction but none bought it.” Samantha said as Xerxes gives her a thumbs up.               “I already know that there are people that wants to make my image bad so I took the opportunity but I did not expect that there will be no people in the auction hall at all, they must have did everything they can to make the people turn away. And that answers  all the problems, the people are quite stubborn. Especially those who targeted you, they will try and prove my information wrong by going on an expedition beyond the point. But they won’t be able to plant spies in our shop since I have already scouted people to work here. We can expect them to try and come to our shop after their failed expeditions.” Xerxes said as he sigh with a disappointed face.               “I was really looking forward for someone to at least take part in the auction, but it can’t be helped. People will not learn if they don’t experience an utter defeat after all. But thinking of how many people will lose their lives because of it makes me feel guilty.” Xerxes shakes his head in disbelief.               A few days later a huge crowd of people gathered in front of the shop to protest for the lives that have lost because of the curiosity of the people to prove him wrong. “I knew it. What did I say?” Xerxes says to himself as he opens the shop and the people started screaming at him asking for compensations for the people that they have lost. “Huh? Didn’t I tried to auction the information regarding that place? None of you people even dared to come to the auction and you have the balls to ask me for compensation? Shouldn’t you all be asking the people that recruited your loved ones?” Xerxes asked with a cold tone as the people silence after hearing his words.               “I tried doing you a favor and help you get passed the unforgiving lands but you all just shoved it off like it was all a lie then that's what you get. For continue to believe the people that had been lying to your faces.” He added as he enters the shop and left he crowd speechless as they realize their fault.
