After six months together my life with Fiona couldn’t have been better. Tonight we going to Mark’s bar to celebrate. 'm ready to ask her to live with me. She already stays in my house a few days a week. Don’t hurt to be official. I’m at one table in the corner and wait for her. I wear dark jeans and a blue T-shirt. I don’t wait long. I see her enter, she says hello to her brother and walks towards me. She wears a floral dress, she is beautiful.
“Hey, baby. Did wait long?”
“No, five minutes top”
“I help Mom with something”
“That's fine. I didn't wait long” I’m a little nervous, I want to live with that’s for sure. But I’m afraid the answer.
“Baby, are you ok?” She says and looks at her.
“Yeah. What do you want? the usual?” She nods. We give our orders and she holds my hand.
“I bought you something.”
“You didn’t have to love” she gives and box. I opened it and saw the watch that we had seen in Florida.
“Very expensive Love. I can’t take it”
“It’s fine babe. It’s yours”
“I don’t have mine here. I will show it to you later”
“It’s that big?”
“Yeah and depends on the answer you will give me” she drowns
“Ok. Tell me” she says. I go close to her hold her hands and kiss them.
“Love, years now I'm in love with you. And now I have you. The days you stay with me are the best of my life. And when you have to go to your parents my heart breaks” She stays silent so I can continue
“We are little time together but for me is enough to know that you are the woman I want to live with” She squeezed my hand and smiled.
“You will come to stay with me?”
“Of course baby,” she says enthusiastically and she hugs me.
“Well, that makes me give you your first gift.” And I give her the keys to our new house
“I have already your house keys remember?”
“Is our house now? And these are the keys to our new house. You think I will let start our new life in a studio upstairs in my garage?”
“New house?” I cup her face and kiss her
“A new house. Ten minutes for the garage and your parent's house.”
“You mean?”
“Yes. I bought the Jeffersons house. That you love since a teenager.”
“You...” she starts crying
“You did that for me?”
“I told you to love this time I won’t let go again. You live here with me and you will live in your dream house” She hugs me and she starts slowly calming down.
“I love you J”
“I love you too Fi. You are all my world”
“What is it, guys? Fi why are you crying?” Mark asks ready to kill me.
“Jason asked me to live with him,” Fi says
“You, Jason Williams ask for a woman to live with you after six months of relationship?”
“Mark I told you, your sister is the one. The day you punched me. Remember?”
“Anyway. And we will live in the old Jeffersons house.”
“I love that house. Isn’t great he thought everything” Fi says and holds my hand.
“Well, congratulations guys. As long you make her Happy I’m cool. But you should deal with some ex, buddy. Jessie gives evil eyes a long time now.” I look at the bar and I see her look at us. s**t, when she will take the hit. All these months she continued to bother me and Fi. She caresses my cheek and gives me a deep passionate kiss.
“We don’t care.” She says and after a while, Mark returns the bar.
“I’m sorry. I don’t know what to do to her stop doing that”
“Stop apologizing. It’s not your fault. She has the problem”
“She is my past”
“She is in your past and I told you it’s fine. You are a guy. I wasn’t expecting to be a saint all these years and waiting for me. She will understand at some point that she can't have you back. You belong to another woman now”
“I always belonged to you. And you to me. We just did a break”
“Exactly,” she says and goes closer
“Love, I want to be straight. There is no way to go back to Jessie or anyone else. I will not do anything to make you leave me. She is in the past and she will stay there”
“ Baby I trust you. You are not a guy who cheats. If you were I would not be with you” she says and the rest of the night for smoothly. After the bar, we go to our new house. She is so happy that I can't stop smiling.
