After Aydan abruptly left, I left wondering why I was still sat there and why I had not up and left because the way his expression had changed from playful to cold was so fast that I was surprised how the others had not noticed.
I roamed about the place with a bottle of water and a pack of Doritos I had taken from the kitchen. The place was so crowded that I began to wonder how many people Aydan had invited and many just showed up because it was a full on packed house. I walked to the balcony outside, opened the sliding door and sat on the cold wood watching the lake while my feet dangled from the edge.
