The drive to the airport was quiet. Carson was just sleeping and I was just listening to music. I couldn’t prevent myself from feeling overwhelmed upon the thought of this even when I said this a multiple time. I’m not the kind of person who’s daring and adventurous and wants to try out new things, I was pretty much inclined to the orthodox because changes sometimes fear me, and doing new things just makes me think of my mom’s stern look, not wanting me to create a mistake.
