POV:Blake Black Augh!!Today is my worst nightmare and I'm still in bed when Naya Maxwell knocks on the door. After realizing it was open, she let herself in, holding a cake. "Happy birthday to you!" she sang, attempting to wake me. What is wrong with this girl?When I didn't respond, she gently tapped me on the shoulder. I sighed and turned to face her, shouting, “What are you doing here in my room?”I came to surprise you with a cake I made myself! It’s your birthday, and everyone is waiting for you downstairs," Naya said as she sat on the edge of my bed.I stood up and questioned her, “What’s the point of baking a cake when we have plenty of chefs in the mansion?” Naya felt anger rise at his dismissive response but tried to remain patient. Eventually, I accepted the cake, but to her shock, I called for a maid and handed the cake to her. “Trash it!” or you share it with the rest in the kitchen, I ordered before lying back down.She stormed out in frustration. I returned to sleep and later awoke at a more appropriate time of mine. As I stretched and got ready for my bath, the maid filled the tub with rose petals and lit scented candles. While I relaxed in it, my mind drifted to my lack of a mate for the past ten moons. The elders had been bothering me about it and I couldn't shake the memory of my mother's last wish: “How I wish I could meet your mate and my grandchildren before I leave, but give her this.” Her words echoed in my head.she gave me a Jasper ring. Lost in thought, I was startled when I heard Naya's voice again. “Oh gosh!" I muttered to myself. She entered the bathroom, and I quickly exclaimed, “Naya, what are you doing here? Get out now!”Instead of leaving, she undressed and joined me in the bathtub to my surprise. At that point, I decided to stop arguing with her. She moved closer and kissed me on the neck, prompting me to take the lead so I did. Meanwhile, a lot of people were waiting in the hall, lavishly decorated in a black, gold, and silver color scheme that exudes luxury. Ribbons, crystals, and exquisite art adorned the space, while the crystal chandeliers dazzled overhead. The walls boasted bespoke artwork and rare collectibles, and the floors were covered with plush carpets that felt like clouds beneath their feet. Elegant tables were set with fine sterling silverware and delicate glassware, each piece crafted to perfection. At the center of the room, a stunning, 10-foot-tall cake stood majestically, its layers of decadent chocolate and creamy frosting gleaming in the light. The cake was surrounded by a halo of candles, each carefully placed to create a dramatic, fiery glow. As different leaders from various packs around the world arrived, they were greeted by a red carpet and impeccably dressed waiters who offered them champagne on silver platters and food on a particular table where they could have whatever they wanted. As the Alphas arrived, they kept wondering why I hadn’t come out of my room. One of the Alphas asked a close ally of mine, named Samuel, to go check on me in my room. “Go see what’s keeping Blake so long,” he instructed, and Samuel nodded before heading toward my room.He knocked but received no response, so he decided to check if everything was fine. Upon entering, he heard moaning coming from the bathroom. Curious, he approached the door and, upon opening it, was shocked to see Naya with me. Startled, he instinctively reached for something to hold onto and accidentally knocked over a vase, which drew their attention. “Oh, I'm so sorry, Alpha, but many important people are waiting for you downstairs,” he said, quickly leaving to suppress his anger. “Get lost! It's time to go,” I said, pushing Naya away and standing up to go to my room and get dressed. Meanwhile, Naya exited the bathroom, put on her clothes, and left in frustration, thinking to herself, At all costs, I must be Luna.As I emerged from my room and walked toward the hall, my outfit was a tailored masterpiece. The suit, made from fine silk in a deep, rich blue color with hints of purple, radiated confidence. My tie featured a subtle pattern of silver and black, and my handmade shoes completed the look. I walked in with a cold expression and joined the other Alphas in a discussion. Naya approached me and grabbed my wrist, but I pulled away from her touch, feeling irritated. Although I wanted to raise my voice at her in public, I refrained and decided to leave instead. Samuel noticed she was about to exit, having kept his attention on her, and he quickly followed her. When he caught up with her, he grabbed her by the hand. “Where are you taking me?” she shouted, trying to break free, but he had a firm grip. Samuel pretended not to hear her protests and kept pulling her along. “Let me go,” she kept saying.
