Seraphina's POV The very first thing I did in the morning was to visit Dad in his office. Like what was planned last night, I offered an apology to him. I may be a prideful woman for a reason, but not to the extent of that. "Ember." His call enabled me to stop my feet from going further, head turned slowly in his direction with an inquisitive look plastered on my face. "I did what you asked last night," he sighed, "but the people I tasked to do a thorough search in the neighboring packs of Oceania didn't find a prisoner called Naam." All of my senses froze.
