Chapter 10

Agrona's POV

"I'm joining what?" I've been questioned my 'mate' , who's still shocked by the news.

"Father insisted you , with my brother's maidens , to join a royal maiden training lesson. Since he said that you maidens should get used to the royal manners of Paiogs already." I answered not making a single eye contact with her.

"Didn't I just recovered from the incident?!" "Didn't you just went sword fighting with Osiris?" I questioned her , making her speechless. 

"But-!" "Maids , mind if you take her for the first day of her lessons? She shall not be late." I insisted as the maids bowed and dragged Zinnex away , yelling 

"You jellyjerk!!! How dare you! I insist to wear skirts in front of your face!" 

As the doors shuts , leaving me blushing a bit for what Zinnex just spoke. 

'I mean...she does look nice in a dress....' I secretly smiled behind my palm covered face.

Zinnex's POV 

"Nana! You gotta help me now!" I yelled at my sister who has dressed in a long sleeved pastel pink dress that was designed with Swarovski crystals and her hair was let down loosely and a forehead crown. Her freckles was seemed to be covered by foundation.

"How am I suppose to lend a paw? My fan was taken away , the king's order." Nana said shyly as Mihaka flew to us in a long sleeve blue dress that was decorated with flower petals and layers of fabric. Her hair was tied into a waterfall braid and a pink flower by her ear. "This dress that Kady chose for me was the best! The dress that Agrona chose for you was just amazing  , Zinny!" Mihaka complimented me.

I was dressed in a fitted silk and embroidered emerald green dress with a dark green under dress. My outfit is accessorized with a gold belt and gold rings and my hair was tied in a waterfall braid too and accessorized with bridal halo forehead band.

"He just wanted to see me in a dress..." I said while hunched my back and was hit by something hard. I turned and found a beaver hybrid behind me. "A lady should not hunched her back like a old lady! Learn that!" She said pushed us to a row with her tail.

"I'm Lady Sampurna. Your teacher for the royal training lessons of Paiogs. Now , I shall teach to stand like a lady since SOME OF YOU doesn't know how!" She yelled as she smacked the ground with her beaver tail , making us straightened our spines.

The next hour , she had gave us training like balancing a book on the head or drinking tea in a cup. Ugh , this was really not a thing for this girl of a Baron. Who knows that there are so many rules for a single action. A drink that I can literally drink it in once , I had to separate it in three times.

For this entire training , me and the girls had probably suffered a lot from her beaver tail that was probably made out from iron. But , in conclusion , I guess I'm the one who receive the most beaver slaps. Especially , during the book balance lessons , I barely took ten steps or more before the book fell from my head.

Almost every time when we did an mistake , she would be like , 

"A lady's movement must be perfectly balance!"

"A lady must not be slurping her tea loudly!"

"A lady must not be laughing like a maniac!"

She even let us wear some terrible tight heels! I mean , I wear heels , yes. But  , in these , I barely can move a toe of mine. I did tried to argue with her about this. But she immediately shut me up with a beaver hit by the knee. And said that , 

"A lady must be able to walk in heels and suffer a small pain!"

I sighed inside me  , as I heard her respond. But since she's the boss in this place , so....yeah....

"A lady must not be daydreaming when someone was talking!"

Ouch....

Agrona's POV

I was still busy with my essay and self study in my office , till then Arkadius busted into my office , creating a huge gust of wind , making all of my hardly made paper works flying around. I glared at him with my face darkened while my eighth bone pen was destroyed in my grasp.

"H-Hey , baby brother of mine..." "ARKADIUS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU GET YOUR PAWS BACK HERE!!!!!"

"So  , state your purpose my brother." I said after have dragged my brother back to clean up my stuff. "Our girls had finished their lessons , wanna check on them?" I looked at him with a face written 'seriously?'  , but then I nodded for this invitation. 

With Arkadius dragging me , we quickly arrived there. We soon met Alaistair who's spending time with his maiden and the other two. "Mihi my love!~" Arkadius quickly was greeted with his maiden's fly hug attack. "Guess we should be going on now." Alaistair said while Lady Nashira hooked him by the arm and walked away with her fan covering her face.

After Arkadius said farewell with us too , I looked at my maiden who's clearly dressed in one of my mother's old dress. "So , how's the lesson?" "It's fine , thanks for asking." She answered me politely which actually gave me some shock since I'm not so fine with this version of her.

"Shall we?" I asked her while she immediately hooked me by the arm like how Lady Nashira did. "Yes." she answered while we walked back to our room. My face was might be very red by now since this is the first her skin was the closest to my body.

While walking back , I have noticed that a face of sufferment upon her face every time we walked through a hallway since it's quite a journey from our room to the royal etiquette training room. Till the third hallway , I had enough. I dragged her to a couch nearby and let her sit down by force. 

"Agrona? What are you-" Ignoring her question , I pulled her dress up and revealing her red sore feet that was wrapped around her ill-fitting and tight shoes. "Why didn't you tell me about this?" "I mean....It's fine , if that let me to be accepted in the palace." I growled deeply by her respond as I took off her heels and picked her up in bridal style.

"a-Agrona! Not here!" She growled shyly yet demanding. "Heh , make me. Doesn't a lady must obey her man's offer? Now , I offered you a walk to our room in my arms." She decided to yell at me but by in the second , I think she remember that she should be "acting like a maiden , not yelling" , as she shut her lips up.

Heh...this version....was much more easier for me....
