SELENE'S POV.
This is going to be harder than I thought. A lot harder than I thought.
I slowed my steps, letting out a frustrated sigh as I turned to face the men behind me.
"Look, this is too much. You guys are too close, and it's really making me uncomfortable," I complained. "If you could just give me a little space, that would be great, please?" I pleaded.
The men shared a glance before turning to face me. "Yeah, sorry, Selene. But no. Alpha's orders. Alpha Aldric said to stick with you and keep you safe, and I kinda like my head exactly where it is on my shoulders, so..." Chase, who I recently found out is Emma and Emily's brother, said, causing me to mentally facepalm.
What is the matter with Aldric? Why would I need all these men following me around like a hardened criminal? I
