Chapter 13

  Ayomide let's out a groan, the pain he was feeling was slowly killing him, he lets his mind wander why Kehinde stormed at like that and where she went to. Because she left without uttering a word and he was damn restless. He watches the door flung open and close, seeing Kehinde's retreating figure, he eyes catch the nylon she was holding.

Kehinde empties the nylon she was holding without uttering a word, she quietly looks up only to catch his gaze.

"I got this from the pharmacy," She says while opening a d**g. Sit up she orders now looking at him meanwhile Ayomide manages to sit up while she gets a cup of water from the tray and hands it over to him alongside the drugs. Ayomide takes it without making a fuss, she watches him swallow it quietly.

She quickly touches his body only to find out it was damn hot. Been fully aware she needed to reduce his body temperature, her eyes wander around, she smiles after sighting the bucket and towel which was lying at a corner, it was obvious that it had been used before. She quickly makes her way to get it.

"Take your singlet off," Kehinde says in a commanding tone.

"What?" Ayomide asks weakly while his eyes bulge out. She knew It made him uncomfortable but she needed to reduce his temperature, and it was the only remedy she could think of.

"Hey, take it off. you are burning up. It's for your own good," She says in a calm tone.

Meanwhile Ayomide who saw no use arguing further obliges, cause the feeling was killing him, he couldn't take how he felt anymore. She watches him take off his singlet, The fact she couldn't control the way she lets her eyes wander all over his body was evident, she stops after she has realized he noticed the fact she was eye-f*****g him.

His abbs were complete, his body was really something to drool over she thought while what Tobi told her concerning him, occurred to her. She just let out a wary smile which Ayomide doesn't fail to notice but the fact he was too weak to talk held him back. He watches her soak the towel into the bucket of water, squeeze it, and places it on his body slowly.

She does it for sometime before letting him go. He groans while he tries to sit up.

"Won't you eat something?" She asks.

"Am not hungry," Ayomide replies softly.

"How do you want the drugs to work in your system?" Kehinde asks. Meanwhile, he lets out a weak smile cause the way she was acting towards him reminded him of his mother.

"What's funny?" She asks feeling uncomfortable.

"Its nothing serious, just that you are actually behaving like my mum now," He says in between laughs making her smile.

"You must be a mummy's boy," She says l*****g her lips which was obviously dry meanwhile Ayomide couldn't help but stare at her. She bites her lips earning a look from him.

The fact she looked cute while doing that made him smile.

"If I eat, I might throw up" Ayomide says diverting his attention. Just help me out here he says meanwhile she crawls down to him and tries to help him sit properly but she gets contact with his body in the process. Suddenly feeling the butterflies erupt in her stomach.

She tries to adjust when they lock eyes, the feeling continues, noticing the closeness was much she doesn't even attempt to adjust. Kehinde licks her lips which suddenly grew dry. She watches Ayomide ease himself closer, her mind tells her to leave that position, but her heart doesn't want to accept it. Still staring at him he brings his face closer. It isn't what I am thinking she assures herself but freezes when his lips touch hers.

Ayomide who was breathing rapidly devours her lips like a hungry man, she stiffens a little before finally releasing herself. She let's his tongue dive into her. It was the best feeling she has ever had. He wasn't so rough and it felt like heaven, The kiss is so intense that she lets out a moan while she surrenders herself to pleasure completely.

    Ayomide kisses her while his hands wander roughly on her body, like his life depended on it. Kehinde regains her position and he grabs her a*s almost immediately making her eye widen. They are still kissing roughly when they hear a knock on the door. They both disengaged almost immediately.

Kehinde, who was still shocked by what happened gets up immediately while Ayomide who couldn't look her in the eye lays back and faces the ceiling. Kehinde quickly adjust her gown before walking to the door. She feels awkward after opening it, the mere sight of Fatiah disgusts her.

"You," Fatiah says giving her a suspicious glance, she notices how swollen her lips were, she doesn't get the opportunity to observe her more closely cause Kehinde walks back to the room.

"Alfa," Fatiah calls out with a smile playing on her lips, aren't you okay? She asks after sighting the drugs on his bed.

"I would be fine," He manages to say, not sparing a glance on Kehinde who was definitely staring at him.

"Make sure you eat," That was the last thing Kehinde said before walking out on Fatiah and himself.

  Still thinking about what transpired between her and the Alfa, Kehinde sits on the bed deeply in thought that she didn't even notice when Tolani walked into the room. She wonders while she let him kiss her to the butterflies she felt whenever she was around him. She quickly remembers how she left the room to the pharmacy with her heartbeat so abnormal. Was Tobi right? She knew deep down the real truth even though she tried to deny it. She had always pushed guys away from her but with the Alfa she wasn't sure of what she felt.

She licks her lips still remembering the kiss, it felt good she thought. She loved everything bit, still wanting more she let's our a smile.

"Ahan. Jasmine, what is this new madness?" Tolani who was obviously cutting into whatever Kehinde was thinking about asks.

"Huh?" Kehinde who didn't get to hear what she was saying replies.

"You are thinking about your boyfriend right? You must miss him," Kehinde says in a mocking tone.

"Boyfriend ni, Husband ko" Kehinde responds.

"Deny it, is that not why you behaved rudely toward that guy in the party, I saw everything. You are been faithful," Tolani says to Kehinde who couldn't take it and burst into laughter.

"Faithful, ni," Kehinde says meanwhile Tolani, wonders what was amusing her cousin.

"Am just saying an," Tolani says. Meanwhile, Kehinde starts laughing cause the look on her cousin's face is priceless.

"Foolish girl," Tolani says now smiling

"Tolani waa," Iya Ibeji shouts from the yard.

"Mo bor" Tolani responds at the top of her voice before turning to Kehinde, "This people won't leave me alone, I wonder what she wants me to do for her if it's not to go and ground pepper,  I'm not going self," Tolani whines like a baby.

"Why are you complaining to me? Go and tell mummy that one name," Kehinde says with an evil grin.

Meanwhile Tolani throws tantrums before leaving the room.

    Immediately Tolani leaves Kehinde finds the room rather too quiet.
