Ana stared at me with wide eyes, obviously finding it ridiculous, but I knew these males weren’t coming here for a nice chat or to relinquish their rights to Ana. They came to collect, but if they thought it was going to be that easy, then they had another thing coming. However, my mate wasn’t very pleased with my demands.
“You can’t be serious,” she snapped.
“I am,” I stated.
“Lukas!” she shouted.
“I don’t want you near them.”
“They are coming here for me. I should be there to greet them, at least speak to them,” she pointed out.
“I don’t care. They want that. They are counting on it.”
“Just let me see them. We won’t find out if I might need to be near them if I cannot see them,” she defended.
“I won’t risk losing you.”
