Jasmine left today's last employer's house with mixed anxiety and excitement.  Today was the most important day for Jasmine. At midnight, her birthday will be.  On the day of adulthood, all people will be arranged by the moon god to have a spiritual connection with a destined partner. This person may be a friend, a stranger, or an enemy. But under Luna's arrangement, they all have to experience life together for some time. If anyone wants to separate, they must pass the test of the moon god before they can dissolve this relationship.  Jasmine had heard more than once what would happen on her coming-of-age day, and she had dreamed about her coming-of-age birthday more than once. For Jasmine, an orphan since childhood, it may be the most critical day that could change her life. Jasmine anxiously waits for the stroke of midnight - the moment when she will find her destined partner, chosen by the moon god. As the clock ticks away, she's filled with both excitement and trepidation, clutching onto her new clothes tightly. Finally, when the needles coincide, she feels her soul soar as she catches sight of the full moon hanging high in the sky. Suddenly, Jasmine finds herself enveloped in an otherworldly white veil as if the moon itself is guiding her toward her destiny. Despite her dilapidated surroundings, she feels an incredible sense of transformation and possibility. As she emerges from the gauzy shroud, Jasmine senses something inexplicably different about herself. And then, a voice calls out to her, luring her outside with attractive force.
