Hans POV:
We were rushing through the hospital hallway with the stretchers being pulled out of the ambulance. The ward boy put the oxygen mask over Jessica’s face and got her stretcher down as she lay unconscious on the stretcher. I was holding her hand and a feeling of desperation kicked inside me. There was a lot of blood lost from her body and she had injured her head in the accident.
After she’d called me from the unknown number, I rushed out to fetch some documents to file for a search warrant of Ms Grace’s home. I was going to see Jessica after that but before that could happen, I received a call for a possible hit and run case and the victim was my wife.
