I was nervous when I arrived in Japan. Honestly, it was my first time there because I never had any reason to be in Japan.
Plus, I was going to be seeing my daughter for the first time. I couldn’t help but wonder what Layla had told her whenever she asked about her father.
I had so many questions but it wasn’t the right time to ask. I needed to focus on making sure that she got better. I was happy to know that I had a child.
Before leaving the airport, I called Layla to let her know that I had arrived in Japan. She wanted me to spend the night at a hotel, but I refused.
I didn’t want to waste any more seconds. I wanted to see my daughter.
The driver took me straight to the hospital. I didn’t mind that I was jet-lagged. I will get some rest later. As
