CHAPTER 2 : THE KILLINGS 2

" Ken come here and take the pictures here , l forgot my phone at home", he said while looking around again. When Ken was taking photos he noticed something gleaming in the hand of the victim.

" Sir look at this it's a mirror shad in her hand. It's like the other cases ," he said while looking at Chris. "Sir come take a look at this ," it was Jaden he was in the bathroom. Chris rushed over . There was a message on the wall " Confess what you did " written with red paint like blood.

Chris stood there looking around the room . It was nicely organized. The bathing tub was still full of water. " it looks like she was about to take a shower after work ," he said to himself in a low voice

There was a faint scent of Jasmin oil .

"Guys let's wrap up and return to the station ok , " he said while walking away . The others followed behind him . They got into their van Jaden was the one driving. Chris was too immersed in his own thoughts that he didn't even notice when they arrived.

He got into the station and greeted his other colleagues while headed to his desk .

He sat down while looking at the profiles of the other victims .

The fist victim was Nancy George ,she was 28 years old . She was a nurse at the City Hospital.She was 5'6 tall . she also had blonde hair . The forensics said that she was choked to death by a rope . She also had a mirror shad in her hand when she was found dead on the rooftop of the hospital building, that day she was on night shift , it was written " You could have stopped it , right? " . Her other colleagues had said that she had gone there for some fresh air , but hours had passed by and she hasn't yet returned so her friend Anna had gone there to look for her . She was also a nurse and she was also on night shift that day .

She also said that Nancy had been going to a therapist for counseling because she had been feeling uneasy .She felt like someone was watching her .

The second victim was Sheila McGregor , a 27 year old hair stylist. She worked at Beautify Queens saloons . She was good at her work . She worked with her colleagues very well. She was found in her apartment after not reporting to work for 2 days and not even contacting her best friend Lucy . She decided to visit her apartment in West Hill estate

When she entered the apartment that's when she was greeted by a foul smell mixed with Jasmin oil, it made her nauseous. " Sheila," she called out but no response came . " But why would she bring Jasmin oil in her house when she hates it so much huh ? " she said to herself while walking headed to her bedroom while calling her name .

When she opens up her bedroom door , she was utterly shocked that she couldn't even breath . She screamed her lungs out . She called the police while crying " hello please come to West Hill estate building Apartment 210 , there's a dead body " her whole body was shivering that day . She h was so scared . Looking at her friend's body hanging from the ceiling, it was so traumatizing. She wished she could unsee this .

That day Lucy was also brought to the police station for questioning. She had told them that Sheila was going to a therapist these days because she had been feeling uneasy, and that someone was keeping tabs on her .

There was another mirror shad written" pay for your sins ,".

The third victim Nala Claire , a 28 year old Lawyer. She worked at one of the biggest Law firms in Huda City . She didn't socialize much with her colleagues. Her social circle was very limited. It looks like she had made it in life . A therapist card was found in her room , she was also going through therapy recently.

The card was written The Reflection Room on the back . It was the same therapist's details.

In all three cases the CCTV footages were all destroyed at the time of the murder. No fingerprints. No footprints. No witnesses. The murders were too clean . It was a real dead end . The only connection between the victims was the Reflection Room. They even tried to contact the victims families but they all denied ever having any family enemies who would want their children dead.

Another common thing between the victims was that the murder resented all of them very much and those mirror shads with words written on them .

Can a therapist kill their own patients? But why ? What was the motive? Do they have some unresolved issues from the past ? Do they have any past connections?
