Chapter Thirty-Five Piddle and Puddle could not get used to micro-gravity. Wilder regretted bringing them aboard the Opportunity. The two small creatures vomited up whatever they ate not long after eating it, and the vomit was not easy to deal with when it was floating in mid air. Her pets’ toilet habits—or lack of them—were even more inconvenient. Wilder gently launched herself by pushing her feet against the side of the living quarters. As she floated past the small lump of Puddle’s partially digested dinner, she swept it up into a tissue and folded the tissue over it. When she reached the other side of the living quarters, she pulled herself along the wall until she reached the trash disposal and deposited the tissue inside it.
