Episode 3: Cheaters

Autumn

"Awe s**t the baby is moving", Josh said to me as we sat on his couch at his house.

We've decided to start things off slow between us because we rushed in the beginning and look where it got us. He said he wasn't seeing Danisha anymore, but she was still being petty on f*******: with certain post. Josh told me to ignore it and for now I will, but she still had a ass whopping coming her way once I dropped this baby.

"Yea he's been moving all night I'm surprise he's moving right now he's usually asleep during the day".

We were sitting on his couch he was watching some game and I was doing my homework.

"You know what your going to do once you finish high school the baby will be here then"?

I sigh because really I haven't thought about it like I should my mom wants me to at least give college a chance, but part of me didn't want to start college and not finish. All this wasn't on my mind before I got pregnant because at that time I just didn't care about life.

"I don't know I haven't thought about it to be honest". He nods and said,

"Oh I know your mom probably want you to go off to Harvard or something"?

I burst out laughing "trust me I'm no Harvard girl at all maybe community college which isn't bad. Before this pregnancy I was living a wild life as you probably heard before you even met me and I'm not proud of that it's what got us in this situation, but I am thankful for this because it slowed me down and got me realizing I gotta do better".

Josh just stared at me "what"? I said with a little giggle.

"Nothing baby momma you hungry"? He said getting up off the couch.

"Yea we are it's probably why he's moving so much" I said to Josh.

"Alright then I'll go make some burgers if that's fine"? I nodded and he walked away into the kitchen leaving his phone.

As he was in the kitchen cooking the burgers he phone was going off and even though it had been on silent I noticed the flash of his screen going off and on. Picking up the phone there was four different numbers that had texted him. I couldn't see what the messages said because his phone was locked, so I called the numbers off my phone.

They were all numbers from females I sat his phone back down and waited for him to come from the kitchen.

"I was out of cheese so s**t we just gotta make dude with this I hope you like potato fries"?

"Do these other women you be texting know you have a baby momma"? He blew off as I grabbed my plate and sat beside me.

"Yea they know Autumn, but that ain't going to stop these bitches from trying to get with a nigga. I don't pay these bitches no mind I told you I'm working on us. I'm in these streets because I'm trying to support for my small family. Yea they text my phone, but as you can see I don't hit their line back".

He showed me the messages from each of the females who just texted his phone and he hadn't replied to none of them since we decided to be serious.

I leaned in and kissed his lips "I'm sorry it's just..."

"Baby you don't gotta explain to me I know what type of nigga you think I am and I'm trying to change that".

I placed my notebook to the side and pulled out my phone "hey look what me and Arkel picked out for the nursey". I said changing the subject quick because I didn't want to ruin the night.

Arkel

"Oh Red ummm right there yess baby f**k me, umm yessss"!

Arkel hadn't seen her man Red in two days and this s*x was well needed from him.

"s**t girl I'm about to nut" Red said in her ear while f*****g her from the back.

"No baby no not yet"! Arkel moaned pleading the s*x was getting to good for him to just nut at the wrong time.

"s**t"! He said hoping up and running off to the bathroom.

I rolled over and tried to catch my breath grabbing my phone I notice my cousin Autumn texted me saying that Josh liked what we picked for the baby today at lunch and was giving her his card to buy everything. I was so happy that the two was trying to make something happen for the sake of the baby because lord knows these two have come such a long way.

"What you doing girl"? Arkel looked from the side of her phone and saw Red standing there in his boxers.

"Nothing reading messages from Autumn" I said sitting the phone down on the bed.

"Thank God here and Josh working s**t out I was telling my nigga he needed to get with her and quit Danisha hoe ass".

"Hmm I'm still trying to figure out why you haven't told him you f****d Danisha". Red blew off and said,

"I thought we wasn't going to bring that up anymore"? He said turning to look at me.

I crossed my arms "I know, but it still pisses me off".

Red climbed over to me "baby I'm sorry and I'm forever sorry for what I did okay. I was drunk and s**t and she just was there at the party that night one thing lead to another and s**t happened I'm so sorry alright".

He kissed me and I said "these pass two month I just had to think about if I really wanted to continue with this and it took a lot, but I'm giving you another chance".

He kissed my lips my nose and then my cheek "baby I promise I won't f**k up again I promise".

"You need to tell Josh" he blew off and replied,

"I will when I think he's officially over her right now there still might be something there".

Arkel never thought she would have to deal with cheating, but when it happen two months ago with Red sleeping with Danisha his bestfriend girl at the time at some house party it crushed her world. She didn't tell Autumn anything about it and just went through everything alone eventually Red talked her into taking him back after apology after apology, but she didn't make it easy on him.

They just recently started having s*x again and she just recently cut off all her sideline niggas she had build up while broke up with Red. She saw how sincere he was in getting her back, but she felt like in order for her to completely forgive him for what he did he needed to tell Josh the truth.

Josh

"How's it looking out there son"? I replied to my dad "yea weight is moving steady Red is on Crenshaw right now making run".

"Good, Good you coming tonight for your mom's dinner"?

"Yea me and Autumn will be there" my dad started chuckling.

"I'm glad y'all two are trying to make something before this baby gets here it warms your mothers heart. Autumn is a real one son I saw it when I first met her, you need to keep this one and not just as a baby momma neither son".

"Alright dad I hear you".

"Yea alright son love you and see you later by the way your sisters will be here as well".

Damn my sisters? Well Juliet wasn't bad she rarely talked, but my sister Jessica well her and Danisha we real close, so I don't know how she would take to me dumping Danisha for the girl I got pregnant. Was it a good idea to take Autumn because when I decided to take Danisha to the cookout it backfired on me, and Autumn was pregnant so I also had to take that into consideration.

What the f**k was I going to do because if I told her she couldn't go again she'll be mad and so would my momma. Hopefully Jessica don't come at her sideways cause I don't need her my baby momma and our momma getting into it at dinner.

"Aye Josh man can I get a fix" my attention was caught by a crackhead.

I looked at him never seen this nigga around these parts so I said "nah man don't know what your talking about".

"Man I know you got that good s**t". I shook my head and looked away from him "nah yo sorry keep it pushing bruh".

He looked at me and started to walk away in these streets you have to be careful.

"Yo good thing you didn't sell to that b***h he's a informant" I turned and saw Red walking up with a dog.

I looked at the nigga walking away as he looked back at me "how you know and what the f**k you doing with a dog"?

"Crack head down there said it to me as I was getting out the car there's a informant on the block now, and this dog is for my god baby".

I laughed "really nigga"? he nodded and said,

"Yea here" he handed me the little yorkie "surprise baby momma with it".

I grabbed the dog and replied "we gotta move this block is getting to

hot".
