Chapter Eleven

Sarah's Point of View

'Hey, so um... did any one see any  thing down by the lake?' Every one just looked up at Zander. After water skis, and much, much, Fun, we decided to go to the main cabin and relax. Matt and Peyton were curled up on the sofa, She seemed to get over the ''wife'' thing pretty quickily. 

Zander and Katie were on the floor together, she was sat between his legs, their fingers hooked together. It was so cute. Jenna and Joe were on the chairs and me and Doug were on the other sofa but on either end. 

Its weird knowing he was the person I've been talking to for so long and didn't even realise it when we actually met. He was such a d**k to me, well, every one but in his messages, he was so nice and-

'Hello? earth too Sarah?' I snapped out of it.

'Oh sorry, no, didn't see any thing'. He 'ohhh'ed and carried on talking to the others. I couldn't help but look at Doug out of the corner of my eye. But the second he caught me and held my gaze, I dropped it and looked away. 'Hey, um... I'm tired, going to have a laydown. See you at dinner'.

I swung my legs over the sofa and got up, walking to the door.

'You sure, want us to walk you?' Jenna asked. I turned around with a ''Really?'' look. Tucking my hands into the back pockets on my jeans.

'No'. I stated matter of factly. They all seemed to look at each other and then back at me. 'Is there a problem?'

'It's just, last time you started wondering around with out-'

'Actually, one that was the middle of the night, two, you two were bumping ugly in Doug's room so he had to sleep in mine and upset me, that's why I left, and three I'm not going near the lake so why don't you just take a chill pill?!'. They all seemed quite shocked.

'Ok, sorry, I didn't mean to upset you'. I hummed and walked out the door, slamming it a little too loudly behind me again.

I walked through the camp, completely out of it. I wasn't in the mood to go back to the cabin, so I might just hang out here or maybe, go into the camp fire field. I turned and headed towards the fence. But when some one yelled my name, I turned around.

'Where the hell are you going?!' I just looked, what right did he have to talk to me like that?'

'Excuse me, not that its any of your business, but I'm going for a walk. That ok with you?'

'Nope'. He smiled jokingly. 'Where are you going?'

'Only the fire field'. He looked confused. 'You know.. the field where they have the camp fires?'

'Ohhh... Well, no I didn't know that but now I do'

'See you later'. I hopped over the fence and walked off.

'Wait!' I signed and turned around again. 'I'll come with you and then- Ahhh!'. I couldn't help but nearly full on the floor laughing when He tripped over a bit of wood on his way over the fence and fell flat on his face. 'Hey, don't laugh, that hurt'.

'Awwww'. I managed to stop laughing for a bit and went over to help him. His knees were covered in mud, so were his hands and front of his top.

'Oh! Isn't that just...fucking fantastic!'

'Are you ok?' He nodded, but then an evil smirk came across his face and he slowly looked up at me.

'My hands are dirty, I have to wipe them on some thing' I nodded but then realised, he started getting closer.

'Don't you even f*****g think about it!' He just laughed, I turned and started running away, but he quickly followed. I guess knowing my way around here gave me an advantage. 'HELP!!!'.

'You are so dead!'. I looked over my shoulder but realised he wasn't there, and soon found out why when he tacked me from the front and knocked me on my ass, with a thump, I fell to the muddy floor.

'YOU d**k!!!'. He just laughed at me.

'Oh well. Now, who's dirty'. After he laughed at me, he put his hand out and helped me up.

'I'm going back to get a shower and change. But...Do you maybe.. want to come out here later and have a camp fire or some thing?'

'Yeah sure, why not.' I smiled. 'I'll let the others know'.

'Oh...Ok then'. He smiled back at me and we headed back to the cabins to clean up.
