The hidden powers

Chapter 2 Joana POV

I woke up early in the morning to prepare Emily for the power showcasing contest .After helping her to take her bath I gave her some food that will help nourish her system and also make her stronger.Afer she was all dressed up I told her to do a little practice by showing me her powers

And you won't believe me that I was surprised by what I saw she turned into a beautiful dragon which was rumored to be one of the most powerful dragons ever existed.

I was so happy because I know that my daughter will be favoured by her father because it was rumored that my co wife's daughter was born without any supernatural powers and she will likely be disrespected by everyone.

this made me so proud of my daughter and I feel so fulfilled and I couldn't wait to see her father's reaction.

Juliet POV

I was woken up by the niose coming from the kitchen and when I went to check who was in the kitchen I saw Anna trying to pour herself some water to drink. Ever since the day she was born she always acts calm and composed .

she never liked to play with her mates and she was always found in her room looking at the pictures in the book I bought for her .

I helped her drink some water and after that I took her to her room to prepare her for the showcasing contest.

while I dress her I looked out through the window and I saw my cowife Joana instructing a maid to do something .right from the time we first married our husband Mathew we stay in different quarters in other to avoid any violence .

I stay in the quarter next to our husband quarter while Joana stays next to my quarter.

after I was done dressing Anna I told her to do a little practice by showing me her powers but I was disappointed when she couldn't do anything.

right from the time she was born I new that she was born without any powers but I still had hope that if she turned five years she may develop powers but seeing her now powerless my hopes were shattered .

I pulled her closed to me for a hug and I held her tightly while crying I knew she will never have her father love again and she will be mocked by the villagers
