The sunshine

Alia pov: Let me introduce myself to you all, My name is Alia and I live in a small shabby house which has a two rooms, 1 hall,1 kitchen and a bed room and I live with my granny and bruno, bruno is my pet dog. I'm not really a rude kinda person, it's just I act like one but I'm very humorous and fun kind of person but no one knows it except my granny and bruno and even I hate it to show others my fun side. There's a saying know 'The more you keep your life's privacy,the more happy you will be'. When I was 5 years old, my father left me with my granny,it was the day when my mom died the thing is he didn't care about anything and took all my mom's property.Now he is married to a b***h, who was my mom's best and he was having a affair with her when mom was alive and now he is rich and CEO of my mom's company 'EVE',such a jerk.He just married my mom for her money. I hate boys because of my so called dad and never talk to boys. My granny tells me that 'not every men are same', no granny no, every men are same total jerks. They just play around with girls, either for money or for their beautiful face and body and as I have none, no boy could come near me till now.To be frank I don't look that bad, I just look like a average girl, once a boy from my class tried to approach me and when I just ignored him, he hold back my hand, guess what I did, obviously I broke his hand. Isn't it like a fictional male lead who's like 'touch my girl and you will die' yaya I'm both the hero and heroine. After that i was called to the principal's office, she didn't suspend me though as my granny know her and my mom helped her some ages ago, she has a soft side for me. Because of my rudeness, I don't have any friends and i don't want any. People make friends only for their needs. I have seen my class girls before, backbitching about each other and in the next second they act like they are the only person left in this world to love each other. I have passed the entrance exam in VUT university in Mumbai, it's the top university,only rich puppies can get admission here.Only 100 students can get to write the exam and out of which 30 can join the university without any expenses. I don't like this university, but my granny wants me join this university, if she didn't blackmail me emotionally I would have never agreed to write the entrance exam, but i made sure I f**k up the paper and i did. But i don't have how the hell did I even pass. Why does my luck work on these situations. Tomorrow I have to move to Mumbai, I don't want to leave my granny and bruno, afterall they are the ones ones left in my life. It was midnight I couldn't sleep so i come out of the room, sit outside looking at the moon and i realize someone is coming near me, I look back "granny, what are you doing here? why didn't you sleep yet? ", "Alia, what happened? why are you sitting outside?", I took a deep breath" granny, I don't want to leave you.Can i join some other university in our area ? I want you granny"I sobbed. Granny came and sat next to me and hold my hand "Alia, you need to join that university, it's where your mother studied and she wanted you to study there", I looked down and spoke with a sad tone " but granny..... who will take care of you here?, we only have each other's back", "I can take care of myself Alia, you need to focus on your studies, ok. Now promise me you won't fight there and will be nice to everyone",granny said with a concerned look, granny don't you know me, how can i promise you that,still I nodded with a " hmm".We went to sleep after exchanging some words. I went back to my room after having a emotional conversation with my granny. It will be the first time i have to stay away from my granny. I don't know if she will take care of her health and don't overload herself with work.Granny why are you doing this to me, I don't want to be alone. I couldn't fall asleep till morning 2am.My mind was keep on wavering with my granny's thoughts. I couldn't stop myself from concerning about her. At last I fell asleep. The next morning, granny comes and tries to wakes me up ."Granny, let me sleep for just five more minutes", "Alia, it's already 6 am, you will miss your flight dear", she replies holding my blanket. Miss the flight, what does she mean, I'm I going somewhere, I forgot I have the flight today to Mumbai at 8am."Granny, please just five minutes I promise", I pleaded to her. " Ok, get ready and come outside to have your breakfast, just five minutes Alia not a minute more than that"she implies and walk out of my room. I woke up after five minutes and go and take bath. I rinse my body with warm water. I put trousers and oversized tshirt and tie my hairs with a rubber band , which gives me a homeless look and I perfectly love it.Granny has already packed all my stuffs. I walk out of my room and sit next to granny to have my breakfast, which she already prepared. "Why didn't you wear the dress I bought for you" she asks looking at me, "Granny, you know I don't like dressing myself, I don't want to impress someone", she sighs and we continue eating. After finished eating, I change my slippers to sneakers and holding my luggage I bid goodbye to bruno and granny.
