I arrive at the house where Grandpa is taking refuge with Mirko and try to be polite. I just hope that all the anger I'm feeling doesn't betray me.
"Roman. Where is Grandpa?"
"He's in the courtyard, Mr. Mauro. He's waiting for you and wants to talk to you alone." The person directing me then looks at Mirko. "Go, Mauro, and think before you speak."
