Luka's POV
I just couldn’t believe that Gaby was finally my girlfriend, the girl I had wanted for several years, and today she would have finally been mine if Nikki hadn’t interrupted us.
I look at my watch, and it’s already past midnight. I know the party is practically over, but I wasn’t going to let it end just yet.
“Hello, Gaby! I’m close to the farm, please come.” I hang up before she can ask any more questions, because my girl sometimes asks too much.
I wait for almost 10 minutes until she shows up.
“Luka?”
“Come in, let’s go somewhere.”
“What? Now? But my parents will worry if they notice I’m not home.”
“Don’t worry, Gaby. It’ll only be for a few hours. I promise you’ll be back before dawn.”
“O-okay, but don’t let it be too far.”
“Good, then let’s hurry.
