Kincade would sign the papers soon giving him full custody of Gabe, so they were planning a party at his parent’s house to celebrate. Faith had gone to her physical therapy yesterday and now she doesn’t have to use the cane anymore. Her therapist was amazed saying whatever she’d been doing was working great. It was all the swimming she was doing plus her spirit was up thanks to Kincade, so it helped heal her faster she believed. It was a couple of hours after she’d put Gabe down for his nap when there was a knock on the door. She didn’t even hesitate to answer it like before because she thought it couldn’t be Christina. It’s been two weeks and she waited for the visit, but it never came. Opening the door with a smile, it quickly faded when she saw the very woman on her doorstep.
