I wake up before my alarm rings, the excitement, and nerves of today stirring my body awake with a jolt. I was sitting in a small café yesterday when Tahlia called me, letting me know that I was successful in getting the job. I was beyond shocked and happy when she informed me that I was hired, so much so that I jumped from my table and spilled the remainder of my coffee over the newspaper I had been reading. Knowing that I couldn’t wear the outfit I had worn to my interview on my first day, I immediately went shopping.
