Friday arrives and I have finished my first week in work. Tahlia has been happy with both mine and Stella’s ability to learn. We have been left on our own since Wednesday, successfully checking in and checking out guests of the Hotel. Everyone that is staying here seems super friendly, and overly excited about their stay in New Orleans. I share in their enthusiasm, so I find it easy to make conversation. Some guests were even able to give me some recommendations for places to go and things to do.
I have gotten to know Stella more over the week, the quieter times in the Hotel allow us more time to talk. She told me that she actually came to New Orleans for a guy, but things didn’t work out. I also found out that she is indeed 24, a whole 7 years older than me, but the age gap hasn’t seeme
