MY FIRST KISS WITH DANIEL

It was early in the morning around 7a.m on one faithful saturday i heard a softly knock at the door of my room. I knew it was my mum, that is how she used to wake me up everyday. she entered with a smile in her face and moved closer to my bed and gave me a worm pek at my forehead.she stared at me for a while and she didn't say anything.I knew what wronged with her, 'she is going to feel my absence when I go to school' i said that to my self. she looked deeply into my eyes and said 'Bimpe, i'm gonna miss you when you are gone'. That words make me feel like I should stay with her but there is nothing I can do, I had to move on with my life. 'Please make me proud that I send you to school, make sure you come out in flying color'. I answered with passion. 'yes ma'. and she said ' most especially know a child of who you are, do not join bad gang and bad friends, um my child?' 'Alright mum i promise to remember all you told me, and I'm gonna make you proud one day that you have a daughter like thousand times daughter'. As I said this she smiled for me and I knew she is really happy inside of her. We hugged each other and I jumped up from bed to prepare going to campus. she helped me packed my loads inside the car as we await the driver to come and carry me to campus. My mum was chanting my eulogy as the driver came in, Mr. saka He said, 'mum and daughter' we both looked at his side together and laughed. he asked 'which school did you got admission to?' I answered with good mood ' its University of Ibadan sir, to study communication and language art' Immediately he hard that, he was surprised and and shaked my hand with good luck in his mouth.My mum too was very happy because she knew that its only the book warm get admission into U.I. Our driver started the car and drove off.
