The rivers Phlegethon and Cocytus merge, crossing over each other. Next to them is a labyrinth of passageways. In those passageways, you will find Kyan Riker, the leader of the Hellhound rebellion.
Archer travels through the passageways where the rebellion has stayed hidden for so long. The passages constantly change, making it hard for anyone to find them. It has been millennia since Archer has traveled through these passageways.
