It's a bit surreal being back here after the incident. This was the only place untouched, but now it is tainted. Julius and Lydia North, the elven king and queen, have confirmed the rumors.
Alora was spotted within their kingdom's territory. I can only assume she is the cause of all of this. It makes sense. The dragons confirmed her escape happened right around the same time the first cases of Moon Poisoning happened.
It's too much of a coincidence not to be. It is taking more time to cross-reference the victims with Alora. Many of the files are restricted and redacted. This was a high-priority case back then.
