Samuel stood there beside Maya and Sawyer as Gargi is in Ace's room as she is talking with Ace.
Samuel placed the water glass on the table and took a seat on the single sofa.
"Did the boys call?" Maya questioned Sawyer. Sawyer sighed looking at Maya.
"Yeah, they are worried about Ace. Myles was the one who called Samuel. He saw Ace at the time. Now it's been two days that they haven't seen Ace, they got worried," Sawyer said.
"Greyson made a call last night. He wants to meet Ace and talk about something. J told him Ace will call him soon," Sawyer added.
"Yes, the semi-finals are nearing and they need Ace. It's a crucial time," Samuel said.
"Yes."
Then the three became silent busy in their thoughts.
"But what exactly happened?" Samuel asked Maya and Sawyer.
"Why did he suddenly have a panic attack and lose his consciousness?" Samuel questioned.
Maya stayed quiet for a minute as she looked at Samuel.
"I cannot answer your questions, Samuel. Ace is the one who will answer your questions," Maya said gently.
"It's not that we don't want to tell you. It's just that we are not in the position to tell you," Maya added.
Samuel nodded his head in understanding.
"Tell the boys that Ace has some personal work to do. He will be back before the tournament match," Maya told to Sawyer.
"I will do that but we need to talk with Ace first. I'm not sure how the boys are going to react," Sawyer said.
"Hmm."
"But informing them is important, Ace is not ready to talk," Maya said.
"Okay," Sawyer replied.
Maya leaned back in her seat as she thought of Ace.
"I just hope everything becomes normal." Maya spoke in her mind closing her eyes.
Gargi placed her pen down as she looked at Ace. He hasn't uttered a word in all these two hours.
Two hours passed, he fixed his gaze on the ceiling as thoughts run in his mind.
"Ace... Do you need time to think about it? I can leave the room and come back when you are ready to tell me," Gargi finally spoke.
Ace didn't know how to answer her. Everything feels so surreal, he doesn't know what to believe.
"Gargi..." Ace finally spoke after a long pause.
"Yes?" Gargi replied in a soft voice encouraging him to talk and share.
Ace turned his face and shifted his gaze to Gargi.
"I... I saw Julia," Ace let out in a bare whisper.
Gargi's eyes slightly widened but she composed herself. "You saw Julia?"
"Yes, I have seen her in the airport," Ace said.
"You sure that she is Julia?" Gargi questioned.
Ace didn't say anything for a minute. Gargi waited for him to speak.
"No, she is not Julia. She looks like Julia, she has Julia's face," Ace said.
Gargi sighed inside. "So she has Julia's face. She looks like Julia?" Gargi asked.
"Hmm, only her face looks like Julia," Ace replied.
"Ace... Sometimes you will be meeting people who have the same face as the person you know. You might meet the doppelganger once in your lifetime," Gargi explained.
"They might have the same faces but they might be completely different from the person you know. She is not Julia, Julia is a fictional character that Blake has developed. You have come this far, don't let anything take over your senses..." Gargi said.
Gargi became quiet as she wanted to hear from Ace. Ace thought of what Gargi said.
"I'm good right now but at that moment I couldn't control and I felt suffocated that I had a panic attack," Ace explained.
"I... I just couldn't think of anything. Everything felt so closed off and it started suffocating me..." Ace started explaining.
"She is Greyson's sister. I heard him call her Julie," Ace said.
Ace doesn't want to believe what he saw because he knew it's a story. But the name and the face relates to what he wants to believe in what he saw.
"Ace, it all depends on you. Either you want to come over it and see the bright side of your future or allow your past to overshadow your present. You have come this far, fought with your dark side. Don't let it overshadow your present peace," Gargi said.
"Take your time, think and you will know what you need to do," Gargi added.
Ace nodded his head leaning back and looking at the sunlight that is passing through the window.
"I will go now, let me know if you want to talk about it. Do not dig into your past, it will only raise the bad things," Gargi said standing up from her chair.
Ace didn't give her a reply nor did he look at her. She picked her bag and belongings before looking at Ace for once.
"See you soon, Ace," she said leaving the room.
She started walking towards the living room where the others are sitting.
Maya, Samuel and Sawyer looked up when they saw Gargi walking into the living room where they are sitting.
"Gargi, have a seat," Maya said.
Gargi took the seat and placed her bag on the table.
"How is he?" Sawyer asked.
"Don't worry, he will be alright. He got tense when he saw something relating to his past. He will get over it, just give him some time," Gargi explained.
"Okay," Maya replied.
"I will leave now, I have appointments left. But do call me if anything happens," Gargi said. Gargi stood up from her seat and looked at everyone.
"Sure, thank you Gargi," Maya said.
"He is my friend, I care about him," Gargi replied.
Maya and Sawyer smiled gratefully nodding their heads.
Gargi nodded her head back looking at the three before leaving the apartment.
