Antonio turned his head as he saw Diego standing up from his seat. Ruth looked too but she turned her gaze away.
"You going somewhere?" Kaleb asked Diego.
Preston lifted his head to see who is leaving. "Oh, you are going? I will also come," Preston said.
"I'm done sitting here all day," Preston added.
"You just came out with me for coffee bro," Kaleb said.
"So what? I want to step out again for food," Preston replied pushing his phone into his jean pocket.
Diego didn't say anything as he started wandering towards the door. Many people are waiting in the room.
"You two coming?" Preston asked Kaleb and Antonio.
"Nope," Kaleb said.
"I'm good," Antonio said.
"Cool, enjoy. I will go and have something," Preston said before going the way Diego left.
Diego looked around, he stepped out because he needs to see whom Samuel is going to meet.
Samuel doesn't usually go to meet the managers as he doesn't like long talks.
This time he got a call from a new member for sure.
He wouldn't go if it was one of the managers. It's been an hour that he didn't return and Diego finds it a bit fishy.
"Diego, which side you are going? The cafeteria is this side," Preston pointed out showing the left side.
"I don't wanna have anything. You go and have something," Diego replied.
"You sure?"
"Yes, see you later," Diego said wandering towards the right.
He didn't hear or let Preston talk as he needs to go where Samuel went.
"Well... Okay," Preston told himself as he looked at Diego.
"Let's go and have something."
Preston started walking to the restaurant that he is seeing. He wants to eat something that would fill his stomach.
Samuel looked at Ace who is laying on the bed.
"Is he okay?" Samuel asked the doctor.
"Yeah... He had a slight panic attack. The drugs must be working, he needs to rest for some time," the man spoke looking at the medical sheet.
Samuel reached Ace and took him to the medical base present at the airport.
"Usually people get tense and worry when things go wrong. He must be worried about something that lead him to have a panic attack. Let him have a good sleep and keep his mind calm. He will be good once he relaxes."
"Okay, thank you for the help," Samuel said.
"No problem. Take care, see you once he wakes up," the duty doctor said.
"Okay."
The duty doctor left the room. Samuel looked at Ace before stepping out of the room to call Maya and Sawyer.
He pulled his phone and dialled Maya's number.
Samuel waited for Maya to answer the call.
Maya answered the call. "Hello, Samuel," Maya said.
"Hey, Maya."
"Hi, Samuel."
"Hmm, Maya. I called to say that Ace isn't feeling good. He kind of had a panic attack in the middle of the airport."
Maya placed her hand on Sawyer's arm telling him to be quiet.
She placed the call on speaker. "Panic attack? How is he now?" Maya asked?
"Don't worry, he is asleep. I wanted to inform you. By tomorrow there may be a change and we may fly back to New York," Samuel said.
"We will be there at the airport. Take care of him, Samuel. Don't let him do anything or think about anything," Maya said.
"Okay, I will call you later," Sawyer said.
"Okay."
The call ended. Maya looked at Sawyer. "I don't have a good feeling about this."
"Nothing will happen. It must be because of something, you don't worry. Ace is strong. He will be fine," Sawyer said.
"I hope so."
"What happened to you?" Kaleb asked Ruth.
Ruth turned her head and looked at Kaleb. "Nothing, I think I saw someone," Ruth said tapping her finger on the table.
"Someone who?" Kaleb asked.
Kaleb, Antonio and Ruth came to this wool cafe to have their dinner.
"He," Ruth said pointing to the guy on the left.
Antonio and Kaleb looked at where Ruth is pointing. They saw a guy and a girl talking.
"Isn't he the captain of Team A and B?" Kaleb said.
"He is Greyson," Antonio said. Antonio developed a liking towards Greyson because of Greyson's gameplay.
The aura and the gameplay of Greyson remind him of Ace.
"Yeah... Yeah... The dude looks different without his hood on. Can't recognize him quickly," Kaleb said.
"Hmm," Ruth said looking at the girl who is smiling brightly.
Ruth cannot pinpoint where she saw her but she can say that she had seen the girl somewhere before.
"Hmm?"
"I think I saw the girl somewhere before," Ruth said.
Kaleb and Antonio looked at the girl. "Maybe... You may have seen her in the match days," Antonio said.
"No, I have seen her in the past."
"Past? How can you remember the face, maybe you are mistaken for someone else," Kaleb said.
"I don't forget pretty things and pretty faces."
Kaleb and Antonio shared a look before looking at the girl.
"Let's decide our food first," Antonio said.
"Yes... Yes... In hungry," Kaleb said.
