Connor POV
I watched as my mate opened her eyes.
“I am awake Con and I heard it” Moving back I blink my eyes repeatedly as I hear her familiar voice echo in my ears.
She takes a deep breath with a shuddering gasp which shook her whole body. She gets back her breathing to normal.
“Are you alright my love?” I whisper in concerned voice.
“I am fine” she assures me with a smile.
“If you listened what Mona said, why did you not wake up earlier?” I asked with confused look.
“I heard the last part” she clarifies.
“Do you want me to call aunt Mona or Grannie Ophelia, so that they could check upon you?” I ask her.
“No, don’t call them. I feel absolutely alright. I just need to be in your arms surrounded by your warmth” she whispers snuggling closer to me.
