The Switch Up

*sigh* Ever since I was a little girl I've always wanted to be a fashion designer. To be honest with you guys , that's a huge lie . I've had a lot of things on mind since I was little . Why don't we get around them before I jump into the main story . When I was six years old I wanted to be an astronaut because I watched a movie where a young lady about 25 years old went on a space adventure with some of her friends and met a very attractive alien guy , blah blah blah .....skipping to the good part they fell in love and had alien babies . Just imagine how awesome that would be , that is if you're still young but if you're not ........ let's not go there :) Then time flew and I thought about becoming an Actress , a Musician , a Doctor , a Cook but I finally came to a stop after I saw "THE MAGAZINE ". It's actually a regular magazine but I call it "THE MAGAZINE" because that's what made me love fashion. There were alot of cool designs and all but I got attracted to one , just ONE fashion designer . Her name is Linda Brown , she's a renowned fashion designer . She has long blonde hair and a refined, classically beautiful face. She is not knockout gorgeous like other fashion designers I've seen like Deborah Stone , there is a smoky kind of sensuousness about her , not to talk about her amazing figure like the hourglass. She has a huge fashion brand called the BROWN STYLE which is known all over the globe , to be honest , I just found out about the brand after reading "THE MAGAZINE " . Ever since that day , I've always looked up to Linda I started saving up my lunch money to buy more magazines just to see her works . I became so obsessed with her that I started cutting out all her works which were on every magazine I bought and posting it on my room walls . This was the begining of a whole new world for me , the passion for fashion designing grew more and more in my heart and for the first time in my life, I actually felt I'd become what I said I wanted to be. Well things began smoothly , I went to college , graduated and got my degree , left my parents home to chase my long life dream but unfortunately I don't know where I messed up . Now I'm in my mid 30's , no boyfriend , one best friend , living in a shabby apartment with my pet dog Lisa (she's a poodle ) and right now we aren't on talking terms , lousy neighbours that don't know how to mind their businesses and the worst part of my life right now is not the fact that I'm not a fashion designer but the fact that I TEACH IN A HIGHSCHOOL. My name is Miss Kate, Kate Mathews , I'm a middle-aged woman who teaches Social Studies in Brixton Highschool . If I were told to describe myself I'd say I'm a tall , cheerful lady with a maw-black hair .......... I think that's all I can say about myself which I know is very awkward but still , I'm still me . Alot of things happened within the last few months while I was in a state of coma . You might be wondering how I went into coma and to be honest with you I do not actually know , all I could remember getting involved in a serious accident on my way home and boom I wake up in a hospital and beside me is my best friend Chloe . Chloe's been my best friend since like forever , we lived in the same street when we were kids and went to the same school starting from elementary to college , though she's a lot more successful than I am ( she's married with 3 awesome children) she's still my better half . We have a lot of things in common but we still have our differences . Chloe's a little woman , with blonde hair very elaborately arranged and she has prominent blue eyes , a tremendously vital person, interested in everybody and everything. Pretty in a flawed, accessible way. "Finally , she's awake " , Chloe said , as she got up from the chair which she sat on to come to meet me on my bed . " Where am I ?" I remembered asking her as I finally had the strength to get a grip of myself . "You need to rest Kate , when the doctor discharges you , I'll explain everything to you " she said , assuring me that everything's okay . Few days after I woke up from the coma , I got discharged and after some time I continued living my regular high school teacher life , but this time I was actually happy that I am a what I am . All I needed to observe that I'm actually living the best life I could possibly want was by getting involved in an accident and going to this weird world where I was actually a FASHION DESIGNER. * * * ———————
