I tried not to notice how upset Giselle was over the cold shoulder treatment she received at the hands of her daughter in law Jasmijn. It was none of my business, after all, and I don’t know any of the details. I couldn’t say whether the treatment was deserved or not. But I did feel badly for Giselle. She was obviously upset, and this was after only just learning that her son was alive and that she had at least five grandchildren. What a rollercoaster of emotions this day was turning out to be.
