Chapter 53: Akane and the Colosseum

“Such empty hall, there almost nothing here. Only these tall walls and doors on the opposite side.”
Akane walked toward the door and open it. After opening, she found herself inside a stadium. A stadium with many demons watching them.
“Welcome to the gladiator Colosseum…”
“What is this?”
“You might be confused but you’re chosen to be a participant of the battle. To get out of here, you need to battle all of the participants and face the Colosseum master. One of the southern Island seven swords Elsie Nightwalker.”
The demon announcer said.
Akane drew her blue and red sword. Fly to the announcer and attack him with her swords. But a barrier blocks her attack.
“... That is no use the whole Colosseum was protected by a barrier from inside. There is no way to warm the audience… If you want to exit then face all the participants.”
Akane goes back to the ground.
“I guess, I have no choice… Bring out the participant. I will knock them out with my sword!”
At that moment her demand was met and the participant’s entered the Colosseum. 100 Demons with different levels ranging from level 100 - 150 came out. They were all smiling like demons they are. With weapons in their hand, they surrounded Akane.
“This is going to be a one-sided kill.”
“She is quite cute let’s play with her body first before killing her.”
“I like girls with a high fighting spirit like her.”
The demons muttered as they disgustingly look toward Akane. The countdown for the battle started and the moment it reached zero. The demons mindlessly charge toward Akane.
Akane stays cool and breathes deeply. She drew her sword and made a whirling s***h. A s***h created a tornado-like power that cuts the demon attempting to attack her. After the whirling s***h, Akane then makes her move and started killing the demons one by one.
She jumps toward the demon's head and then beheaded it. Then jump to another one and do the same.
“This girl is insane she is really powerful!”

The demon started to retreat in fear of Akane’s blade. But Akane can’t let that happened and use the power of her blue sword. Her blue sword has the ability to control gravity. By manipulating gravity. Akane makes the gravity toward her dragging down the demons toward her.
“This is a one-sided massacre.”
Akane said with terrifying eyes.
The demons were frightened and you can’t tell who is the demon anymore. Is it the one with bat-like wings or the red-haired swordsman?
“Sword skill: Giga-1,000,000 ton s***h!”
Using her red sword can manipulate the heaviness. She attacks and kills all the demons.
After few minutes Akane was able to defeat all of the demons with just her own hand. The demons might be over the hundred in terms of level, but they all have weak stats and almost no battle experience. That’s why Akane was able to defeat them all.
“Is that it? Now show me to the master of his place. I will beat her up using my swords!”
Akane yelled to the announcer.
“You’re quite an in hurry. The night is still young let's continue the battle… Before that, we like to congrats you on your achievement in killing all these lesser demons. You truly prove that you’re no ordinary… Now, do you wish to rest or move on?”
“I’m in a hurry of course I’m moving on.”
The battle then continues. A giant demon enters the stage. It’s a demon with a dolphin-like head and a muscular body covered with robot-like armor.
“Moving to the next battle, the famous and undefeated and fan-favorite Dolphin… Mr.Dolphin.”
“I see a dolphin is a dolphin… But there is no water here, are going to be okay?”
“A dolphin can live out of water for hours If it is kept wet and cool. You should read some textbook to upgrade your oyster brain”
“I feel insulted… Oysters don’t have brains…”
After they exchanged words the battle started.
Dolphin makes his first move and transformed. He transformed his armor into its battle suit. It transformed into robot-like armor made with sturdy-looking metal.
In the end, it just stands in the middle of the battlefield.
Akane looks at it with her eyes and then knocks on it.
“What is this? Is this really a battle suit? More like a robot statue…”
“Are you afraid? Does the battle begin? Go and attack me with your sword.”
Akane grabbed her red sword tightly and then raise it toward Mr.Dolphin.
“You asked for this don’t blame me if you’re the demons dinner tonight… Sword skill: Giga-1,000,000 ton s***h!”
A powerful impact that makes a c***k to the stage the moment the sword skill was thrown toward Mr.Dolphin. His armor started to get bigger and then transformed into a much bigger battle suit.
“This is your end! Have a taste of you’re own power. Reversal skill: power return!”
A ball of energy was then blasted toward Akane. Akane manages to avoid it by jumping sideways and then go back in battle stance.
“You’re ability is to return the damage that was given to you.”
“That’s right, that is my ability. My defense is sturdy and it can absorb your attack and return it to you. That’s why I’m called invincible Mr.Dolphin.”
“That’s lame…”
Akane uses Status-check with Mr.Dolphin to look for his stats.

Akane changes her sword. A green sword and a wing-like sword replace her red and blue sword.
The green sword is called the Sword of Sylph. A wind attributes a magic sword. It can attack the target using a wind cutter from a long-range distance. The wing sword is called a sonic sword. It grants Akane a supersonic speed where she can unleash multiple attacks within a seconds.
Akane who doesn’t have magic rely on her sword, but a girl that doesn’t have magic in this world is never looking down upon. With the existence of magic sword and skill. She can beat multiple magic users on her own.
She is a strong swordsman that defeated many magic-user. She might really reach her dream of becoming a sword saint in the future.
Akane makes a sword stance and then kicks the ground. Mr.Dolphin can’t react to her supersonic speed. Akane started slashing him continuously within few seconds.
“Sword skill: Storm s***h barrage!”
Mr. Dolphin's skill started to channel but his Hp is going lower and lower.
Before Mr.Dolphin was able to blast Akane with his ability.
Akane already finishes the fight and delivers the final blow.
“Sword skill: Wind Origin Flash!”
A powerful wind cutter skill attack directly hit Mr.Dolphin. Dolphin was then blasted toward the wall and defeated.
The audience's demons started to get scared of the power of Akane. They are all trembling in fear and terrified. Even the announcer started to get shaky after seeing what she did to Mr.Dolphin.
“T-The… The winner… The winner of the fight is the human.”
“My name is Akane… Red riding Akane! Remember that That’s the name of the future sword saint. I’m Red riding Akane!”
After saying that the next opponent started to enter the stage.
“Looks like Mr.Dolphin is just Dolphin in the end. Animals demons are no match to humanoid demons… My name is Raios I’m your next opponent sweetie~”
Raios a man wearing fancy-looking clothes and he's a super narcissist. He thought that his good looks can captivate Akane and made a flying kiss.
Akane dodges and replied.

Meanwhile the battle between Mayu and Lichfiend.
Mayu with her magic devastatingly annihilates Lich. Mayu just uses her fire magic and all of the dead body Lich control was burned into charcoal.
Lich tried to use his Ice magic but still, it’s no use with Mayu’s firepower.
“As expected Fire attack is super effective in fighting Ice attacks… It’s something I learn in the Pocket monsters series.”
“I don’t care… What the hell is pocket monsters anyway.”
“It’s a game where you catch small cute monsters, but in my time it started to became stupid… I started to hate it, every time they make a new remake of the previous generation. They always didn’t do it right… They became money grabbers in the end. “
Mayu then makes a sigh.
“I don’t understand but you can't defeat me… I will unleash all my powerful zombies… Go forth all of my powerful zombies.”
Lich created a magic circle and from that circle giant zombies appeared and come to attack Mayu.
Mayu pointed her staff and cast another fire magic.
“Fire magic: Pyro ball!”
Giant ball f flames scourge all of the zombies killing them all in instant.
“... Time to kill you, Lich.”
In the end, Mayu burns Lich into ashes.
