On a place enveloped by an ominous aura, a dragon skull, and the dark clouds storing the place.
I’m standing waiting up in the giant tree near the place. This place is called the dragon den. It’s outside the safe area and near the demon realm. This place is also the place where the demon king commander Drag is hiding.
I still don’t have any clues about the demon king commander besides that he has dragon abilities.
I have a dragon slayer title on me, making my attack 50% more effective when I’m battling a dragon type.
I have an idea that my battle with him will be to my advantage because of my title. But still, I need to be sure in my next action. I can’t tell if he has some hidden ability or something on him.
My status check is upgraded to level 15. I might break through his status-block skill and see his status.

I nearly never use my wisdom ability.
It can show me the magic that I can use if I upgraded their level.
My elemental base magic is sure to be powerful already. I will let them level up by themselves. I will use my skill points in different things in the future.
I’m not equipped with my best equipment. It also enhances my physical stats.
Even, though I’m fully ready I’m still hesitating. Maybe I’m scared of losing to that demon king commander.
I mean he is a demon king commander, maybe more powerful than Eriko.
If I die in this battle that means I can fulfill my promise to Kaede or avenge Meily’s death.
I need to be extra cautious.
After that, I decided to sneak inside the dragon den with my stealth skill. I make myself invisible and go inside without anyone noticing me.
Well, I feel like I’m a ninja. Thanks to Gale’s training I’m able to move like one.
The inside of the dragon den looks like a temple. There are many hallways and many rooms. Many high pillars are supporting the structure.
The place is full of high leveled dragon monsters. There are also ghouls and Orcs.
I need to be silent, I don’t want to have a battle. I don’t want to be tired when I face Drag in a battle.
In Roleplaying game the location of the boss is always in the deepest part of the dungeon. I just follow the instruction of going deeper in the den and eventually.
I reach a spacious place.
According to my mapping skill, this is the center of the den and also the deepest. It’s located 5 floors deep underground.
My detection skill triggered two presence.
I then take a glimpse and saw a fire dragon fighting a giant violet serpent.
The violet serpent breathed poison liquid to the dragon. The dragon uses its claws and fights the serpent by cutting it into pieces.
The serpent has regeneration ability and healed after that magic circle opened and the spear made of poison liquid appeared and pierced the dragon's body
The dragon breaths fire and struggle.
The dragon heals his injuries. The serpent wraps its long body to the dragon to take it down.
“Looks like the serpent is going to win.”
I thought while looking at the battle.
The eyes of the dragon glow up and then a magic circle appeared on top of the serpent.
A powerful force that pulled our body down was felt in the area. I can’t even stand and my body was forced to fell to the ground.
What was that? Is that gravity magic? That dragon can use magic that is not suited to his attribute.
The serpent loses its warp toward the dragon and then the dragon cast earth magic. The earth magic makes a sharp big piece of rocks and then stab it toward the serpent.
The serpent tries to heal itself, but the dragon was very furious and uses its claws to attack the serpent. The serpent was cut into many small pieces.
The battle suddenly became one-sided and the serpent can’t do anything anymore.
The dragon then started eating the body of the serpent. Its fangs were covered with blood and it smiled.
“My poison magic leveled up.”
The dragon said.
Poison magic? This dragon can also use poison magic.
I immediately use my status check to him to see his status.

I then rub my head and sit down in the big roots of the tree.
That Drag is really powerful I need to train to defeat him. Maybe, I should go to a high magic zone to train harder. I will come back with a more powerful set of skills and I will defeat him.
I also saw his skill and ability.
I need to plan things properly and defeat him the next time I face him.
