"Honey, what happened?" Liam asked as he rubbed her arm and held her hand.
"Liam, that, Amanda and Lucas...they. AH! No, I mean, come with me." Venessa held Liam's hand and took him off towards the stairs.
"Jesus, slow down Venessa. Will you at least tell me what happened? What about Amanda and Lucas?" Liam asked as they reached the first floor and Vanessa was busy looking at both sides of the hallway. She left the side where Amanda was and marched off to the other side of the hallway which was lit up.
They kept walking with Liam blabbering until they found an ajar door. Vanessa immediately stopped two steps away from that door and looked at Liam who instantly became quiet after receiving her pointed glare.
