Amanda decided to go upstairs and check on him herself rather than worrying about him and not enjoying the party. It has been quite some time and she isn't feeling too happy about it. To suppress her ominous foreboding, she stood up from her seat and excused herself. Neither Roy has come down nor Lucas.
"Girls, I will be back in a short while," Amanda said as others happily nodded and continued their chatting.
While Amanda was climbing the stairs and was about to step on the first floor, she caught Roy passing by her who was about to descend the stairs but Lucas was nowhere to be seen.
"Roy. Where is Lucas?" She asked as she grabbed Roy's arm who was about to descend the stairs.
