"Water break!" I told my teammates. We've been doing a heavy training to prepare for the upcoming game. We can't afford to lose, it's one step closer to our dream tournament.
"Captain, are you trying to kill us? We're so hungry, can we have our lunch first. And it's too hot, we can't do it." Francis said while panting.
I pat his shoulders, "No pain, no gain."
