"Ayesha?" I was startled when the door of my room suddenly opened. My brother peeked inside. He came in when he saw me.
"Why are you still awake? It's late," He glanced at his wristwatch. I know, it's almost two in the morning.
"I need to finish something, the council needs it tomorrow." I went back on retyping on my laptop.
"Do you need help?" He pulled my yellow jelly bean and sat there.
"No kuya, it's fine." I smiled at him.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes kuya, you should rest now. I can do this,"
He then ruffled my hair, "Did you eat already?"
I nodded, I turned to face him. "How about you?" I glanced at my watch, "It's already late, did you take an overtime again?"
He didn't answer, he gave me a mischievous smile instead. My forehead creased because of that. "What's that smile for?"
