Chapter Thirty-Two Rebecca despised meeting in Jim’s trailer, but there was no other choice and they needed privacy. “I have something to show you,” she told him after she cleared a spot on his nasty couch and pushed Roscoe aside. “And it’s got to be our secret.” Jim was wide-eyed and agreed. She removed from her briefcase the piece of parchment she’d stolen from the Bennett Place.
