Joshua squinted to keep his eyes closed and turned his head away as someone shined a light into his eyes. His head was pounding, and he was confused about where he was as he tried to force his eyes to focus. Joshua groaned as he opened his eyes and saw he was in a room in a hospital or clinic.
“I’m Dr. Reese. How are you feeling?” Dr. Reese cheerfully asked.
“My head is killing me,” Joshua muttered. “What happened? That last thing I remember is trying to find another house to stay in since mine was invaded by fey dragons and nearly demolished.”
Dr. Reese chuckled, “I did hear something about that. Kevin was kind enough to share part of the video and some pictures. There are far worse things to have in your home than a flock of friendly fey dragons.”
