The sun was shining brightly as Everly and Ashton walked to the circle launch pad. Once again, they were attempting to investigate the area where landslides might occur. This time, in an effort to diminish distractions, it would only be Ashton and Everly.
“Are you sure you are ready for this? I almost dropped you to your death last time,” Everly teased with a smile.
Ashton chuckled, “I’m sure. If you wanted me dead, you wouldn’t have wrenched your back catching me and then held me to your chest the rest of the flight.”
“True. Stand back while I shift. Then I will help you climb on if you need it, but I think you know how by now.”
“That I do, my love,” Ashton grinned.
