PROLOGUE
Two centuries before the Fall, Acameria was known by a different name.
The Peace Garden State.
It was a land of emerald forests stretching beyond the horizon, crystal rivers that shimmered beneath golden sunlight, and cities built in harmony with nature. Great white towers rose among flowering valleys, while vast fields of silver grass danced endlessly beneath the wind.
To its people, Acameria was paradise.
To the stars, it was prey.
The first sign came without warning.
On a clear summer morning, the sky split open.
At first, people mistook it for a rare atmospheric phenomenon. A thin line of violet light appeared high above the clouds, stretching from one end of the horizon to the other.
Scientists scrambled for explanations. Religious leaders called it a miracle. Children pointed at it in wonder.
Nobody understood the truth.
The sky was not changing.
It was opening.
And something was coming through.
The line widened. The heavens groaned. Then the first Titan descended.
Witnesses described it as a falling star wrapped in living fire. Its arrival shook the planet. Mountains trembled. Oceans surged against distant shores. Windows shattered across entire cities.
The second Titan followed moments later. Unlike the first, this one carried no flame. It descended within a storm of crystal ice and black lightning. Clouds froze in its wake. The temperature dropped across entire regions.
Where the first burned, the second froze.
Together, they stood as harbingers of an invasion unlike anything Acameria had ever known.
They were not conquerors. Not yet. They were scouts. The vanguard of something far worse.
Far beyond the stars existed a world known as Camanorch. A realm forged through endless war and domination. Its ruler was a being feared across countless galaxies.
Usmodanus.
The World-Eater.
The End King.
Entire civilizations vanished at the mention of his name. Planets surrendered before his fleets ever arrived. Those who resisted became monuments to extinction. For thousands of years, Usmodanus had expanded his empire through fire and blood. Acameria was simply the next world on his list.
The two Titans sent ahead of the invasion were among his most trusted warriors.
Blaze. And Demloff.
Legends among Titans. Executioners among worlds.
Blaze wielded the Living Flame. His body burned with energy capable of melting mountains and turning oceans into steam.
Demloff possessed the Crystalline Quadrad. Fire. Water. Earth. Air. The four primal forces obeyed his command.
Together, they had conquered more worlds than anyone could count. Together, they had extinguished civilizations older than Acameria itself.
But Acameria changed everything.
For the first time in centuries, Blaze began to question his purpose. He observed humanity from the shadows. He watched parents risk their lives to protect their children. He witnessed strangers helping one another despite having nothing to gain.
He saw loyalty. Compassion. Sacrifice. Concepts foreign to the Titans. Things that did not exist in Camanorch.
The more he watched, the more fascinated he became. Humans were fragile. Weak. Short-lived. Yet somehow they possessed something the Titans lacked.
Hope.
The realization haunted him. Weeks became months. Months became years. And with every passing day, Blaze found himself drifting further from the path Usmodanus had chosen for him.
Eventually, he made a decision. One that would change history forever. He approached Demloff in secret.
The meeting took place within the ruins of an abandoned city overlooking the sea. Rain fell from black clouds overhead. Lightning illuminated broken towers. Blaze stood at the edge of a shattered balcony. Demloff remained motionless behind him.
"We cannot continue this," Blaze said.
Demloff's expression never changed. "Continue what?"
Blaze looked toward the horizon. "The slaughter."
Silence followed. For several seconds, only the sound of rain filled the air.
Then Demloff laughed. A cold, humorless sound. "You've spent too much time watching humans."
"Maybe."
Blaze turned to face him. "Or maybe I've finally learned from them."
Demloff's eyes narrowed. Blaze continued. "We don't have to serve him anymore." The rain intensified. "We can stop this."
For the first time, uncertainty flickered behind Demloff's eyes. Or so Blaze believed.
"Usmodanus is not a king," Blaze said quietly. "He's a plague."
Another flash of lightning illuminated the city. "We can save this world."
Demloff remained silent. Then, after what felt like an eternity, he nodded. "Very well."
Relief flooded through Blaze. At last, he wasn't alone. At last, someone else saw the truth.
What Blaze failed to realize was that Demloff had already made his choice. And it wasn't him.
Months later, an inquisitor arrived from Camanorch. A ruthless enforcer sent by Usmodanus to investigate the growing silence from his vanguard. The inquisitor never completed his mission. Blaze and Demloff struck together. Fire and crystal collided. The battle lasted less than an hour. When it ended, the inquisitor's body was nothing more than drifting ash.
For one brief moment, Blaze believed freedom was finally within reach.
That moment did not last.
While Blaze celebrated their victory, Demloff sent a transmission into deep space. A single message. A single betrayal.
Blaze has turned against the King.
The response was immediate. The stars themselves seemed to darken. Within days, the skies above Acameria filled with warships. A legion descended from the heavens. Thousands of Titans. Thousands of soldiers. Thousands of executioners. And at their head stood Demloff.
No longer a friend. No longer an ally. Only an enemy.
The battle that followed became known as the First Fall. Entire mountain ranges collapsed. Oceans split apart. The planet itself trembled beneath their power.
For seven days and seven nights, Blaze fought against impossible odds. He fought for humanity. He fought for Acameria. He fought for redemption.
But even legends can bleed. Even heroes can fall.
Demloff struck when Blaze was weakest. The final blow shattered the heavens. Blaze's body plunged into the abyss beneath the western sea.
Broken. Defeated. Forgotten.
Or so Demloff believed.
After the battle, he searched tirelessly for the Emerald Heart. The source of Blaze's power. The core of his Titan essence. Whoever possessed it would inherit unimaginable strength.
But the Heart had vanished. Lost beneath the waves. Hidden from friend and foe alike.
Demloff searched for years. He never found it. Because the Emerald Heart was waiting. Watching. Choosing.
Generations passed. History became legend. Legend became myth. And myth faded into memory.
Then, one day, the Emerald Heart found a vessel. A human boy. His name was Michael.
The moment their souls touched, destiny awakened. The power of a Titan merged with the heart of a human. For the first time in history, two worlds became one.
The Titan-Born Human had arrived.
And somewhere beyond the stars, Usmodanus finally learned the truth. The bloodline still lived. The spark still burned. And the war he thought he had won was only beginning.
Far beyond Earth, seated upon a throne carved from obsidian and bone, the King of Camanorch slowly opened his eyes. A smile spread across his face. Cold. Patient. Terrifying.
"Find them."
The command echoed through the darkness.
"Find every last one."
And across the stars, countless hunters answered the call.
