Ella tapped Jane on her lap and said
“It is okay. I don't want to listen anymore
“ Oh? I'm sure you have never experienced that kind of s*x life before” Jane answered.
Ella smiled and continued
“ Whatever”.
“ In one word, you got your heart broken yesterday and not for up to four hours. Another man was stroking you so hard.
“ I am not bothered by the break up at all. For a few weeks now, Luke has been acting too strange so I was prepared for the breakup. Jane answered as he walked toward the kitchen to get a glass of water and continue talking.
“ That aside, tomorrow is my first day at work.
“ I don't know what to wear”.
“ Why worry yourself when you have a fashion icon here?”. Ella answered
“ I almost forgot,” Jane said
“Ouch, that hurt”. Ella answered as she walked toward the closet

“ What else is on my schedule for today?” Josh asked.
“ That is all for today sir”. Rose answered.
( Elevator bell).
Josh walked Into his office and saw Henry sitting on the chair with a glass of wine in front of him.
“ You should have called that you have arrived,” Josh said as he walked into the office.
“ I didn't want to bother the latest CEO in town”. Henry answered as he shook hands with Josh.
Josh looked at Henry and bit his lower lips shaking his hand. He chuckled and replied.
“Man will never listen”
Henry sipped out of the glass of wine and continued talking.
“ My phone almost exploded yesterday.
“ Your mum was calling me nonstop, she thought you were with me.”
Josh poured himself a glass of wine and answered
“ That woman will never stop treating me like a kid.”
After a few minutes of silence, Josh raised his head from his phone and continued talking.
“ I had a one-night stand yesterday.”
“ That is not your first time,” Henry answered.
“I know right, but you can't believe she looked into my eyes and told me I wasn't great in bed”.
Henry interrupted Josh by laughing so hard.
“ Is it funny?” Josh asked
“ Yes, it is. A lady looked you in the eyes and said that?”
“ You are every woman's choice man, a lot of ladies throw themselves on you.
“ I can't believe there is someone out there who doesn't find you attractive”. Henry answered.
“ She even said I can't afford her”.
Henry gasped in surprise and Continued talking.
“ Nah, she doesn't know who you are.
“ My number one biggest CEO in town”.
“ Stop with all this your hailing and all” Josh answered.
“ Are you bothered about the lady? Because, to me, you seem worried”. Henry asked.
“ I just can't get her off my mind”. Josh answered as he moved to his drawer to pick up his car key.
“ Why are you worried about her? Is she that good that you can't get her off your mind?”.
“ Oh please, She isn't that good”. Josh answered.
“ Maybe It's Love”. Henry said
“ You are a crazy man”.
“ Are you going or you will stay and continue saying rubbish”. Josh said and he walked toward the door.

Jane was sleeping when the alarm rang from afar, she quickly rushed Into the bathroom to wash herself. Today is her first day at work, Jane carefully selected her dress. She stood in front of the mirror admiring herself a hundred times when Ella walked in clearing her throat
“ You are almost late Jane, you look good already”
Jane smiled a bit as she carried her bag slamming the door behind her.

Jane prepared everything needed for the conference with the help of Rose who handed it over to her and also helped in putting her through on how things were done in the company.
A round of applause started, and a man in navy blue walked into the conference hall. Jane's jaw dropped when his face registered in her retina.
“Why- -Why is he here?
“ Something must be wrong with my eyes, Something is wrong with me”. Jane murmured as she rubbed her eyes with her thumbs. She closed and opened them again but it was still him, The man who she had a one-night stand with.
Jane gasped and said
“Oh my God! I am finished”.
Jane was still in a state of panic, she couldn't believe her one-night stand was now her boss.
Jane took a few deep calming breaths. She lowered her head covering half of her face with her long hair as he walked past her so he would not notice her.
Every minute and second of the meeting was unbearable for her, she was extremely happy when the meeting was over. She sneaked out of the conference hall so he wouldn't notice her and went straight to her desk.
Jane was going through the schedule plans of the boss handed to her by Rose when the manager's voice suddenly rang out.
“ Mr. Wilson wants to see the new Secretary in his office now”.
Jane raised her head and said
“ Oh”
“I am dead”.

She shakily knocked on the door of his office.
“ Come in!” His deep voice announced.
Reluctantly, Jane walked in.
She was nervous as heck. She still can't believe everything that is happening.
She stood there quietly while he continued to go through some documents without acknowledging her presence.
Jane took a deep breath and forcefully pushed the word out of her mouth.
“ Sir, You sent for me?
“ No proper introduction?”
“ What” Jane murmured in silence.
Josh Wilson lifted his head and Jane offered him a cheerful smile, maybe he could see her differently. Josh chuckled a bit as he started at Jane from head to toe. His eyes became dark and cold.
“ I never knew I was still going to see you again”.
Josh leaned back on his swivel chair and said nonchalantly.
“ I thought we hired responsible people to work here, I didn't expect you to be hired”.
Jane exhaled sharply, and her facial expression gradually changed. Before she could think, she replied.
“ Well, it isn’t professional to talk about our private lives at work. But while we are at it, you
shouldn't play the judge here”.
Josh's facial expression hardened as he stared straight into Jane's eyes and said
“ Get out of my office!!”
